Description:

This newly built finca is situated in a rural and very quiet location near the village of Es Llombards. From the upper terrace you have a beautiful view to the south of the island of Cabrera, as well as to the east of the church of the idyllic village of Santanyi, which is also known for its colourful market days. A variety of sandy beaches and picturesque bays can be reached quickly by car. On a living area of 350m² you can really enjoy your holidays. The focal point of the villa is a spacious dining kitchen of over 50m2, where every cooking lover will feel at home. From the kitchen you can access the beautiful covered terrace with dining table. Another terrace with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, a charcoal and gas barbecue and seating complete the villa’s outdoor area.
The Beefer is a great toy for barbecue lovers – and not only that – a great taste experience, not only for meat, but also perfectly suitable for fish and vegetables. A cookbook for this is also available. All 5 bedrooms have been individually furnished with love and each has a bathroom en suite as well as air conditioning. 2 bedrooms each have a king size double bed. 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds which can be put together. A guest toilet is available on the ground floor. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Thus, the finca offers space for up to 10 people. Many large windows provide a light-flooded atmosphere. The finca is situated on a 20,000 sqm plot with attractive garden planting around the property. Children can play here undisturbed.
The spacious pool area provides a pleasant way to cool off on hot summer days. Thanks to the underfloor heating and the fireplace, the finca can also be used comfortably in the winter months.

The nearest beaches (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) are about 4km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi, with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, is about 3km away. Es Llombards itself has a bar, 2 restaurants and a bakery.
