Description:

The finca, whose mill tower represents its authentic style, consists of the main house and the mill wing, which is accessible via 4 steps.
The originally separate buildings were connected by a patio closed with sliding glass doors.
The south-facing pool with pool terrace, loungers and outdoor shower is located behind the house and offers both sunny and shady spots. Pure relaxation is guaranteed.

The finca has 4 bedrooms which are divided as follows. On the ground floor of the finca you will find a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with double bed (1.50x 2.00m) and adjoining bathroom en suite with bathtub. A further 3 bedrooms can be found on the upper floor. 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, a single bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower.
In total, the finca is situated on a 17,000 sqm fully fenced plot and offers approx. 300 sqm of living space. The outdoor area with salt water pool (5x10m, without chlorine) and many sunbathing possibilities round off the comfort of the finca. For those who enjoy sports, 4 mountain bikes and a table tennis table are available free of charge.

The nearest beaches (Cala Mondrago and S’Amarador) are about 12km away. The nearest cosy village Cas Concos is about 2.5km away. There are a few bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a small supermarket. The quiet harbour town of Porto Petro is about 14 km away, where you will find 2 small supermarkets, small shops, bars and restaurants. The idyllic village of Santanyi, with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, is about 10 km away.

For the first child under 2 years a baby cot as well as a high chair are free of charge, for each additional baby there is a charge of 8 euros/night, a baby cot and high chair are included. Children over 2 years of age are counted as an adult person.
