Description:
For anyone looking for peace and quiet on their holiday, Finca Es Turo d’en Vicens is just right. It is surrounded by pine and almond trees in the middle of a natural landscape and offers a great sea view over the neighbouring fields due to its hillside location. Everywhere on the spacious property you will find both cosy places to sunbathe and shady spots to relax on the terraces, the well-kept lawn and by the pool. The pool (8m x 4m) invites you to refresh yourself. On the property you can simply enjoy the dreamlike landscape that stretches from here to the sea. Outdoor dining is also easy under the covered terrace opposite the pool, where there is a dining table, as well as a small outdoor kitchen, with hob, fridge, sink and a brick, as well as Weber gas barbecue.
Due to its hillside location, the house is at ground level to the main entrance, while it can be reached from the pool side via a staircase. The living and dining area thus offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. It is connected to the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen via an open counter. A small hallway leads to the adjoining bedrooms and bathrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms have double beds (1,80 x 2m and in the master bedroom 2m x 2m). In one bedroom there is the option of sliding the double bed apart to make 2 single beds. While the first bathroom with shower can be reached from the hallway, the second bathroom with bathtub en suite is located at the master bedroom. Thus, there are sufficient retreats in this finca even for six people. In the house itself there is also a staircase that leads directly to the pool area/ summer kitchen.
Although the finca is in the middle of nature in a wonderfully quiet location, the nearest towns of Portocolom and S’Horta are only a few minutes away by car. While in the small Mallorcan village of S’Horta you will find two small supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants, in Portocolom there are a variety of shopping possibilities as well as a beautiful promenade along the natural harbour with numerous bars and restaurants. The spacious, family-friendly beach Cala Marçal, as well as other smaller bays, can also be found in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by car. The finca is especially ideal for golfers, as the 18-hole Vall D’Or Golf course is in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic finca.

Location:
The nearest beaches (Cala Marçal, Arenal dets Ases) are about 8km away. The small bays of Cala Brafi and Cala Sa Nau can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The idyllic harbour town of Portocolom with its beautiful natural harbour, a cosy promenade with many bars and restaurants as well as several shopping facilities is about 6km away. The small Mallorcan village of S’Horta, where there is a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants, can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. The Vall D’Or Golf course is just a few minutes away.

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir waren so positiv überrascht über die tolle Ausstattung. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern, Kleinkindern, sogar Babys einfach optimal. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und für den Pool ist einfach alles da. Luftmatratzen, Bälle, Schwimmtiere, Strandspielzeug, Schirme, Matten, Spielzeug,…. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage! Absolut privat und doch ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Ein unerwartetes Highlight ist definitiv das Wasserbett am Pool. Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut! Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine und 1 Stunde später war schon der Monteur da. Wirklich super! Wir können die Gastgeber und auch das Haus absolut empfehlen.
I can’t imagine anyone being less than delighted with this lovely villa. We would certainly visit again if possible. Jenny was always on hand to answer any (in my case stupid!) questions!
We spent a fantastic few days at this villa (me, my wife, our two young children and my mother-in-law). The photos do not do the villa justice. It was more spacious than expected and very well presented. It is ideally located in a secluded and peaceful setting but still within around 10-15 minutes’ drive of many beautiful beaches. The villa was very well-equipped for children, with plenty of toys, a slide, and also buckets and spades, pool and beach toys, beach parasols, etc. The host could not have been more helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this villa for a longer period.

This home was a really peaceful getaway in Mallorca. Host was helpful & responsive, and having AC in each bedroom was really nice. The property has beautiful views and feels very authentic to the area. It's relatively bare bones & I think updating some of the basics could go a long way to improve the space (towels, bedding, shower heads, toiletries). But this is was a great value for our group of 6!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist alt, was aber definitiv seinen Charm hat und toll kombiniert wurde. Der Außenbereich ist einladend und der Pool hat eine tolle Größe zum Schwimmen und Spielen. Für mich und unseren Kleinen war das Wasser allerdings zu dieser Zeit noch etwas zu kalt, was einfach am Wetter lag. Wir haben vor allem die Lage des Hauses, die absolut privat und ruhig gelegen ist, genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny war auch wirklich toll!

Google maps took us right up to the front of the home. From there it is clearly evident that lots of thought and care and love has been put into this villa. The space is cozy and well furnished. A classic Spanish feel with all of the contemporary conveniences. The views from the house are stunning and overlooking the gorgeous pool is the icing on the cake. You are very close to the calas and beaches. We enjoyed going to Cala D’or just 12 minutes drive from the house. Highly recommend this Airbnb as a serene, private and comfortable stay in beautiful Mallorca. Also the host, Jenny, is super helpful and provided tips and advice as well as a guidebook in the villa. Séjour formidable dans cette maison dont nous sommes tombés amoureux. Tout était parfait, la situation de cette maison, au calme avec une vue incroyable, la propreté, la décoration raffinée, la place et le confort. Grâce à l'accompagnement de Thorsten, tout s'est bien passé. Nous reviendrons très certainement !
Wir haben traumhafte Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist der Knaller. Absolut ruhig und dennoch super nah an Portocolom und der Bucht Cala Marcal. Allein die Anfahrt zum Haus, durch den Golfplatz ist ein Erlebnis. Oben angekommen hat man eine wunderbare Ruhe und einen traumhaften Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Wir waren begeistert wie liebevoll und geschmackvoll das Haus eingerichtet ist. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben das Haus im Winter gut geheizt bekommen aber jetzt müssen wir im Sommer wiederkommen um den Pool und die Sommerküche in vollen Zügen zu genießen... Thorsten und Jenny sind super freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar, Danke für die tollen Tipps!
