Beautiful finca with very large pool (17m x 12m). Ideal for groups or several families who do not want to miss their privacy despite spending their holidays together. The finca consists of 5 bedrooms, in 4 independent houses around the fantastic pool area. The pool with separate children’s pool, as well as sun and shade areas, is surrounded by sunbeds and seating.

Description:
This beautiful finca offers space for up to 10 people.
It is located on the edge of the typical Mallorcan village of
Es Llombards only 5 minutes by car from Santanyi.
The finca consists of 4 partly independent houses and thus partly separate bedrooms.
In the middle of it all is the fantastic large pool area with separate children’s pool, as well as sun and shade areas surrounded by loungers and seating.
The pool area is completely fenced with lockable gates and therefore safe for children.
Adjacent to the pool area is a summer kitchen with barbecue area and table and benches.
The entire complex is situated in the middle of a beautifully landscaped and overgrown garden surrounded by fields and meadows.

The nearest beaches (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) are about 4km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi, with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, is about 3km away. Es Llombards itself has a bar, 2 restaurants and a bakery.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.
Lovely relaxing stay with all our extended family. A central autonomous kitchen which didn’t disturb any of the separate dwellings/apartments. Very large pool and great for so many people.

I had an amazing weekend trip in Thorstens house. I celebrated with 10 people and Thorsten and his wife were always responsive really really nice and communicative, supporting us with every question, recommendations and making check in and out, deposit etc very easy. Made the weekend perfect. I would highly recommend and always book again. The house is really amazing, great pool clean a lot of space and just beautiful.
Der Pool ist atemberaubend. Sowas haben wir vorher noch nicht gesehen. Die Gastgeber und die Lage sind perfekt. Genau das richtige für eine größere Gruppe. Top! Gerne wieder!
Fantastic place for families or larger groups. Excellent location which is very close to Santanyi and an easy 20 min ride from beautiful es trenc beach. Great restaurants within a few mins driving distance (some even in walking distance right in the town) Location consists of three small fincas surrounding a gigantic pool plus a small room next to the pool. All rooms are spacious, airconditioned (bedrooms) and clean. Large outside dining area with bbq pit and oven/stove. Big shoutout to Jenny. Super friendly, super quick in responding to any query and very helpful. We (three families of 4pax, 4pax and 2pax) will be back.
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Preis-Leistung ist super, toller Pool, viel Platz, Kommunikation mit Thorsten und Jenny war super, sie sind sehr unkompliziert und reagieren schnell auf Nachrichten. Sehr gerne wieder 🙂 vielen Dank!!
We had a great stay at the villa. The pool is absolutely massive. The communication with host was very quick and super helpful. We got great recommendations on places to go. The little houses make it easy to have your private life without a group of friends. Everything was really good, the only negative comments would be on the lack of equipment in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself.
Both Thorsten, and his property, were truly superb. A stunning setting, great for both lazy days around the incredible pool or for trips out to the nearby towns and beaches. Thorsten also could not have done more to be helpful / accommodating both pre and during our stay. A big thank you from us all.
