This romantic finca is located behind the enchanting bay of Cala S’Almunia. Since May 2023 the finca is renovated and rounded off by a new pool (3.5m x 10m). In the midst of fields, you can enjoy here the tranquillity of Mallorca. The finca is divided into 2 buildings. A main house with one double and one single bedroom and a separate building with a large bedroom and en suite bathroom. Ideal for 2 couples or families who do not want to miss their privacy despite spending their holidays together. New from mid-November 2025: an infrared sauna!!!

Description:
In the middle of the fields, close to Cala S’Almunia and Calo des Moro and not far from the family-friendly Cala Llombards, lies this very cosy finca for 5 people with pool. With a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 2 bathrooms with showers, this is the perfect place for 5 people to enjoy a wonderful, peaceful holiday. Especially nice and bright is the 3rd bedroom in a separate studio with additional sofa bed, bathroom en suite and large window glass doors with air conditioning hot/cold. The double bedroom in the main house also has air conditioning (hot/cold). Surrounded by greenery and a large walled garden with almond trees, the large terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue (gas grill) invites you to spend some cosy hours. The newly built pool with the dimensions of 3.5m x 10m provides cooling. The shallow area of the pool is ideal for small children to splash about in the water.
Our younger guests are well catered for too. Here you’ll find everything a child could wish for: toy boxes filled with Lego Duplo, Lego Primo and much more. A bobby car, tricycle, scooter and running bike also round off the fun. The large garden is also perfect for exploring.
Here, you can watch and enjoy the sun rising and setting over the fields to the full. Here you can spend an absolutely romantic dream holiday, far away from the hustle and bustle but still quite central. From mid-November 2025, the house will also have an infrared sauna for relaxing, even on cooler days.
The nearest village, Es Llombards, is only 3 minutes away by car.
The beautiful coves of Cala S’Almunia and Calo des Moro, as well as the family-friendly Cala Llombards, are also just 3 minutes away by car.

The nearest beaches (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) are about 1.5 km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities is about 4km away. Es Llombards itself has 2 bars, 5 restaurants and a bakery.

Heerlijke finca met fijn zwembad voor gezin met 2 kleine kinderen. Heerlijk privé. Er is een apart bijgebouw met goede airco waar wij met z’n allen verbleven. Meerdere leuke plekjes om te zitten. Kleine keuken, wel van alle gemakken voorzien en bij aankomst al enkele drankjes in de koelkast. Gas bbq aanwezig en je kan gebruik maken van parasols om mee te nemen naar strand. Santanyí op 10 minuten rijden. Houdt wel rekening met feit dat je zelf de vuilnis moet wegbrengen (10 min rijden), welk iets minder is. Al met al top week gehad.
Die Finca ist wunderschön, wir kennen einige in der näheren Umgebung, das war mit Abstand die schönste und sauberste Finca.
Jenny war bei Problemen und/oder Fragen immer sehr gut erreichbar, immer ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten wunderbare 2Wochen.
Unsere Ferien in der Finca waren grossartig. Wir haben es genossen unsere Ruhe zu haben. Jennifer war seehr hilfsbereit und die Erreichbarkeit war Top. Alles sehr sauber. Pool war das Highlight!! Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, dann definitiv wieder in eine Unterkunft von Jennifer. Herzlichen Dank für die super Betreuung!
We recently visited this finca with our family of four and had the most amazing time. The property provides a peaceful farm-like setting that makes you feel as if you are a million miles from anyone, yet only 7 minutes to the beach, grocery, shopping, and restaurants. There are pigs and sheep nearby, as well as birds that sing at night. The pool was sparkling, warm, and perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped for those that want to cook, with ample indoor and outdoor space to dine. This was exactly what we wanted! Additionally, Jenny is incredibly responsive and such a wonderful host.
We had a lovely week here with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool was fantastic and well maintained, and we especially loved the many outdoor seating areas where we could unwind and enjoy the surroundings. A wonderful spot for a family getaway — we would happily return!
Jenny hat so viel Herz in die Finca gesteckt, es ist einfach zauberhaft! Eine sehr gemütliche Finca in ruhiger Lage.
Zur Begrüßung warteten sogar ein paar Kaltgetränke im Kühlschrank auf uns und Strandhandtücher gab es auch.
Die Betten waren bequem, die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und sogar für Kinder gab es viele Spiele und Spielzeug. Wir Eltern liebten das separate Nebenhaus für uns.
Jenny war sehr reaktionsschnell und konnte und schnell und unkompliziert Tipps und gute Hinweise geben.
Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass die Türen alle sehr niedrig sind und größere Gäste immer den Kopf einziehen müssen. Weiterhin ist ein Auto Pflicht, da Strände, Restaurants und Supermärke nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Besonders empfehlen möchten wir euch das Mallorquino zum Frühstücken in Santanyí.
Der Handyempfang in der Finca ist sehr schlecht, aber Internetverbindung stabil.

Die Finca ist wunderschön, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist sie großartig gelegen, denn man kann zu Fuß drei traumhafte buchten erreichen. Jennifer hat sich wahnsinnig lieb um uns gekümmert und uns mit Rat und Tag zur Seite gestanden! Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Beautiful house in a peaceful setting! Jenny was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The weather was too cold to use the pool for us but the kids loved playing with the bikes on the big sunny terrace. The nearby town Santanyi was petite but full of very good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt drinnen und draußen viele schöne Ecken zum Entspannen, sich Sonnen, gemeinsamen Essen und einfach nur zum ‘Dasein’. Toll, dass es mit dem
haupthaus und dem Gästehaus zwei getrennte Bereiche gibt, so dass jede/r sich mal zurückziehen kann. Unser Kond hatte riesigen Spaß mit all den Spielsachen und dem “Fuhrpark” (Bobbycar, Dreirad, Roller, Laufrad) am Haus. Auch die Möglichkeit den Pool von der Hauptterrasse durch eine Tür zu trennen war sehr gut, damit das Kind nicht unbeaufsichtigt am Pool spielt.
Jennifer war eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin, die sich nach unserem Wohlergehen aktiv erkundigt hat und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar war wenn wir Fragen oder kleinere Problemchen hatten! Wirklich top! Wir fühlten uns angenehm umsorgt und hatten dennoch das Gefühl eine kleine Oase ganz für uns zu haben
Wunderschöne Finca mitten in der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den schönen Stränden der Umgebung und in Santanyi auf den Wochenmarkt. Tolle Ecke auch für Kinder: Die Kleinen können durch die Wiesen tollen und es gibt keine großen Straßen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!
We had a great stay at Jennifer's place. She was super friendly and communicative. Super for the kids with all the kids toys, kids room etc.
Despite having read that you're not able to walk anywhere I had beautiful morning walks, it takes ca 25 min to the coves which makes it a one hour walk there and back - perfect. Only car roads yes but felt fine, and closer to the house there was almost no traffic. Many pretty houses to watch and a farm nearby.
One thing to think about; TV could have been a smart tv - in low season when weather is not great. It was a bit of a hassle with garbage, you need to take it into the nearest village, as long as you know where it's no problem but we didn't go that way each day.
Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich sofort willkommen – die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit für Fragen oder Tipps zur Umgebung da. Die Unterkunft selbst ist einfach überragend: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den wundervollen Pool, der in dieser naturnahen, landwirtschaftlich geprägten Umgebung perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt.
Die Lage ist wildromantisch und angenehm ruhig – man hat das Gefühl, mitten in einer Oase zu sein, und gleichzeitig ist es der beste Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art. Ob Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Besonders der wunderschöne Ort in der Nähe hat uns begeistert: kleine Gassen, nette Cafés und eine charmante Atmosphäre, die man einfach erlebt haben muss. Schönste Lagunen mit Naturstränden in der Nähe und ein türkis leuchtendes Mittelmeer.

It’s a very beautiful place, very curated and loved by its owners. It’s very tranquil and safe, so perfect for families. Beaches are easily reachable by car (but not walking distance). Overall very good value for money

We spent a wonderful holiday at this AirBnB. The main residence and annex were clean, well kept and spacious, and the outside pool area was a great space for us and our two young children. Our host was very friendly and communicative before and during our trip, and was very accomodating when we made requests. The location was a bit challenging to find initially in the dark but the host provided clear directions and a Google pin which we could follow. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we have the chance.
Wonderful stay - everything you can possibly think of is here. Location is perfect, remote without being too detached. Would love to come again!

This finca is truly beautiful and the pictures don’t do the property justice. While the property is 10 minutes from the town center, we were centrally located to many coves and never felt a loss of what to do next. It was so nice to just listen to nature and stare at the night sky. We ended up skipping Palma to drive to our corner of the island and have no regrets. Thanks again Jenny !
Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit im Haus von Jenny. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch, riesiger Garten, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draussen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Kann ich echt nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Gerade mit Kind ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und wir haben die Ruhe in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Am liebsten sind wir zum Calo des Moro für einen kurzen Ausflug ans Meer gefahren. Wir hoffen, wir können irgendwann mal wieder an diesen schönen Ort kommen:)

Schöne kleine Finca mit einem tollen neuen Pool. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Kindern, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder 🙂
wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Thorsten und Jenny sehr genossen. schon früh hat sich Jenny mit den wichtigsten Information gemeldet und hat immer schnell geantwortet. An der Wohnung gefiel uns besonders die Ruhe, man ist alleine und unbeobachtet auf dem Grundstück. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und hatte alles was man sich wünschen kann. die Finca war zwar in Strandnähe, wir haben aber keinen Weg gefunden, über den man an den Strand laufen könnte.
Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Finca mit separatem Gästehaus, Pool und sehr schönem Außenbereich. Sowohl innen als auch außen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Alles gut gepflegt und funktionstüchtig.
Die Gastgeber haben proaktiv sehr gute Instruktionen geschickt, um das etwas abgelegene Grundstück zu finden und ins Haus zu gelangen. Außerdem war vor Ort eine schnelle, hilfreiche und immer sehr freundliche Kommunikation gegeben.
Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände etc. schon einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Mit Auto ist das alles aber kein Problem.

Die Finca hat alles was das Herz begehrt und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Thorsten und Jenny sind wirklich sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar.
We had a wonderful stay and we will return! Our flight was delayed and our baggage did not arrive. This was a bit of a nightmare with two young children in tow! We arrived at the property very late and Jennifer couldn’t have been more kind, understanding or helpful. We are so grateful to her. The house is utterly beautiful and unique and a short and scenic drive from Santanyi town, which is stunning.

Loved, loved, loved the house , the location - even though you are in the countryside you are really well positioned to amazing beaches and villages only 5/10 mins drive . Having a toy room made such a difference when you have a child with you! Also they provided beach towels, beach fridge, umbrella - extras that you would have to go look for as you wouldn’t travel with them! Both Thorsten and Jenny went above and beyond and looked after us like family. Thank you guys!
Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Vor allem der tolle Garten und das Spielhaus für die Kinder sind unschlagbar. Das neue Nebenhaus ist sehr hell, schön und modern eingerichtet, während das Haupthaus (vor allem Bad und Schlafzimmer) für den Preis etwas zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Vor unserem Aufenthalt hat es scheinbar stark auf der Insel geregnet, weswegen die Finca während unseres Aufenthalts und trotz täglichem Sonnenscheins feucht war. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern und Babies war das etwas unangenehm. Im Vorfeld wäre die Information, dass der Müll selbstständig an eine zentrale Müllsammelstelle weit außerhalb der Finca gebracht werden muss, hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny war super, sehr schnell und nett. Jenny hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und war bei Fragen immer zur Stelle.
