Description:
This unique holiday home impresses above all with its wonderful location, directly on the bay and nature reserve – Cala S’Almunia and the Calo des Moro. It is located above the bay and on the edge of the nature reserve. You will hardly find such a great location on Mallorca. Surrounded by unspoilt nature – you can simply switch off and unwind.
The beach can be reached via a flight of steps. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms have double beds measuring 180cm x 200cm. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm. There is also a second bathroom with shower and a cosy living/dining room with German satellite TV. Both bathrooms were newly renovated in 2025. Air conditioning in every room ensures pleasant temperatures in summer and warms the rooms in winter. The kitchen is brand new and rounds off the comfort. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished. The terrace, which runs once around the house, offers plenty of sun and shade and is equipped with comfortable seating and lounging options. The 40m2 roof terrace with cosy sofa seating area and additional sun loungers also offers fantastic views of the sea. A parking space is at the disposal of the holiday home. Its breathtaking view and dreamlike location make the house an oasis for those seeking relaxation!

The nearest beaches (Cala S’Almunia and Calo des Moro) are practically on the doorstep and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Another beach, Cala Llombards, is about 1.5 km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities is about 4km away.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Highlight ist definitiv die traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Betten bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Lage der Wohnung über der Bucht ist unfassbar schön. Etwas Vergleichbares ist auf Mallorca sicher schwer zu finden.
Jennifer ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieterin, sie hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir waren im Dezember hier und hatten leider eine für Mallorca sehr kalte und stürmische Wetterlage. So dass es trotz gut funktionierender Klima/Heizgeräte zum Teil nicht ganz einfach war, besonders das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Das lag vor allem daran, das die Terrassentür und das Fenster recht undicht sind (Einfachverglasung). Das Ensuite Bad verfügt über keine eigene Heizquelle . Wäre ich Inhaber, dieser schönen Wohnung, würde ich diese Fenster schon allein aus Energiespargründen und Nachhaltigkeit bei der Nutzung von Ressourcen austauschen.
Abgesehen davon, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Our stay at Jennifer's place was absolutely amazing - we did not want it to end!
We just can't recommend it enough! The house itself is really beautiful. The balcony/terrace offers stunning unobstructed views of the coast and the picturesque cove. The kitchen is fitted with everything needed to cook tasty meals, the house in general is very clean and comfy.
Maybe even more special than the house itself is its location! While there are other homes in the direct vicinity, they are all behind the house - there are no more houses between Jennifer's and small cove so it still feels quite private and secluded. Starting right drom the door, there many kilometers of untouched coast with very nice hiking trails.
We are very happy to have come in November - no crowds, great weather and water warm enough for nice swims.
Jennifer herself is very friendly and responsive. Happy to answer any and all questions and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Sabíamos que Mallorca es un lugar superpoblado de turistas. La casa de Jennifer fue un refugio, una belleza. Aislada y al mismo tiempo con dos calas a tus pies. Pudimos disfrutar las calas temprano, antes de que llegase la invasión de gente, a fines de octubre. Un entorno soñado. Volvería siempre. Una casa cálida, decorada con buen gusto, amplia, con una terraza inmejorable. Vale la pena!
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Jennifer war unglaublich gut erreichbar.
Die Aussicht werden wir nie vergessen.
Leider waren es zu viele Leute an den beiden Stränden.
Aber die Natur um uns herum war einzigartig.

Eines der schönsten Airbnbs in denen wir bisher waren! Die Lage ist so wunderschön, man hat seine Ruhe & die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich & hilft sofort bei Fragen. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal!!😍🌞
Beautiful setting above a busy beach. Be aware that there is a path down a steep hill to the beach right next door to the house and the area is busy so you'll see lots of people walking by on their way to the beach. The bathrooms are small but functional. The oven in the kitchen is a German unit that didn't have any operating instructions so we weren't able to use it much. We did have good luck grilling on the outdoor gas grill.
Wunderschöner Blick, stilvolle Wohnung, voller Komfort! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges kleines minus die wunderschöne Bucht war in der Hochsaison leider etwas überlaufen. Das hat man auf der Terrasse stets gehört.
Most beautiful setting for any place I have ever stayed, house was extremely comfortable, wrap around deck comfortable at any time of day, rooftop for stargazing, steep stairs to Aluminia and Cala des Malo, but there is no place closer 5* for sure
The place is by 2 beautiful beaches and the view is amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. You may want to hire a car as the place is difficult to reach otherwise.
Jenny's place is really special. The view from the terrace is amazing and so peaceful in the early mornings and evenings. A small rocky cove is down the steps by the side of the house and if you walk round to Calo des Moros (less than 10 minutes on designated paths) you'll find a beautiful cove which is just wonderful for swimming. You do need to go very early though before the crowds come and it is a very steep climb down.
To have a parking permit outside the house is a real privilege. The house is also very well equipped and I liked that there were cooking essentials like oil, salt and pepper and spices. Very often there is nothing.
The location is great. There are so many wonderful beaches and beautiful places to visit like Es trenc, Santanyi and Cala Figuera. You have to drive everywhere though and the nearest shop is in Cala Llombards, a 5 minute drive.
Having said that, I would highly recommend staying in Jenny's place. It really is in such an idyllic spot.

What a perfect place! Best location. Walk down the stairs next to the house and arrive at the most magical beach - Cala s'Almunia. We spent so much time frolicking in the water and jumping off the cliffs. The house was perfect. Amazing views! Also, the air conditioning worked really well. So many places advertise air-conditioning but it barely cools. Every room has its own AC unit with its own controls. Was lovely at the end of the sweltering day. Would definitely stay here again. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful with everything.
We had such an amazing time at Jennifer’s place. It was extremely clean and matched photos exactly! Jennifer was so helpful whenever we had any questions or needed location recommendations. The location of house is insane and on a lovely beach. I would recommend getting a car so you can visit all the amazing beaches surrounding. Would 100% recommend this house!!
Grandiose Lage mit Aussicht auf Bucht und Felsklippen. In 5 Minuten ist man die Treppe runter und hat kleine Bucht zum Baden und von den Felsen springen. Wohnung ist schön möbliert, Küche top ausgestattet und die Terrasse über Ecke ist mit dem gedeckten Patio kühl und luftig. Je nach Tages- und Nachtzeit wechselten wir unseren Platz. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir den Sternenhimmel genossen. Alles war noch schöner & besser als auf den Fotos. Unbedingte Empfehlung.
We had a wonderful stay in mid June. The location is perfect. The Cala is steps from the door, but surprisingly private, as most tourists take another route to the beach. There is great cliff jumping which is great to do or just watch. Early mornings and evenings expect to have the place to yourself. We were there during high season and there are lots of tourists during the day, but they clear out. The parking pass provided with the house is super helpful - otherwise parking would have been challenging. Santanyi is a beautiful town - nice restaurants. Market day is fun, but also very crowded - so just know what you are stepping into! We hired a boat out of Cala d'Or one day to explore the coast, which is really fun to do. We did our grocery shopping at Agromart in Santanyi - they also have a nice parking lot. We loved out stay - would definitely come back.
Beautiful house, amazing views!! Wonderful place for vacation! House has everything we needed, comfortable beds, air conditioning, parking spot, just bring your shampoo and body wash. Closest restaurants are 11-12 min. We love this place!!
Our stay in Cala Llombards was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But the real highlight is the location: just meters from the beach, with breathtaking views overlooking the crystal-clear blue waters.
Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying coffee on the terrace with that view was truly unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, idyllic spot that feels like a hidden gem.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
Our stay was amazing. The house was absolutely beautiful. Great beaches within walking distances. We did cook a lot at the house, but we had everything we needed. Book it. So worth it. We would come back!
Magnifique maison, dans un petit coin de paradis. La terrasse est superbe avec une vue incroyable, le logement est très confortable et paisible. Jenny a été très accueillante, réactive et flexible ! On a passé un séjour parfait !!

It's located very close to Cala S'ALMONIA, Calo Des Moro, and Cala LLOMBARDS, so if you wanna spend a relaxed vacation near the beach, this is the place you are looking for.
Jenny also provided a lot of useful information about local rental car, taxi, restaurant and events, which was a great help during our stay.
In a word, everything was just perfect.
If someday we go to Mallorca again, this place will definately be our first choice 🙂
Eine schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben zu 5 eine schöne Woche verlebt und hatten alles was wir brauchen und was auch von Jennifer im Inserat angegeben war.
Die Lage ist eher abseits und an einer Bucht, keine Strandbucht, aber schön zu besuchen (ist ein Social Media Hotspot, was man schnell bemerkt).
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und Jennifer ist super erreichbar und freundlich.
Es war einfach perfekt!
Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und zuverlässig!
Die Location ist ein Traum!

The location was stunning! Perfect accommodation for a short family holiday. Gorgeous views from the balcony and deck, plenty of space for everyone and right near exquisite beaches. The nearest town, Santanyí, is only a 10-12 minute drive away (make sure you check out the markets on Sat or Wed).
Wifi and network coverage is a little slow and patchy at times and you need to grab drinking water from a supermarket on your way as the tap water is salty and not drinkable.
Jennifer was an attentive host who gave clear instructions, thought of everything and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything went smoothly.
I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!
Eine wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft mit der schönsten Terrasse auf Mallorca direkt über dem Meer und der Bucht. In dieser Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl und sicher und ist der Natur sehr nah. Zwei der schönsten Buchten Mallorcas liegen mit wenigen Minuten Fussweg direkt vor der Unterkunft. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Jennys Airbnb mit der Meeresbrise sehr genossen. Bombastische Aussicht auf das Meer, welches in kürze zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Airbnb ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Jenny und Thorsten. Wir kommen sicherlich erneut wieder.

Wir waren für 6 Tage in der Unterkunft und rundum zufrieden. Bei Fragen usw. haben wir stets innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Wandern an der Küste hat Spaß gemacht. Trinkwasser im 5l Ballon kaufen wegen dem Salzgehalt.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterlunft war top, die Aussicht atemberaubend. In der Unterkunft war alles was man braucht, eine sehr solide Ausstattung.
Thorsten und Jenny waren ausgezeichnet nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Words can not describe how amazing this Airbnb is! From the location to the decore everything was amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful and super responsive. The house is located right next to a trial that takes you right down to the most beautiful coves I have ever seen.
We (a group of 5) came in December so it was super peaceful. We enjoyed our trip so much and a major reason why is because of this Airbnb.
The only things that were missing was there wasn’t any body wash and shampoo available in the showers.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war toll.
There are no words strong enough to describe how perfect the location of Thorsten and Jenny's lovely home was. Situated on a hill overlooking the ocean was more breathtaking than any pictures could do justice. When we first drove to the airbnb, we had to drive through a road filled with a hoard of beach goers who had to walk the long distance to reach the cala right by the airbnb because there is limited public parking. Seeing that made us feel EXTRA grateful for the included parking space outside of the house and the proximity to the ocean. The space was decorated very tastefully and we had pretty much everything we needed. However both bathrooms were missing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is no big deal as we were able to grab from the nearby Lidl. But wanted to call it out since the listing is advertised as including so. Jenny was incredibly proactive about check in and our stay. Super responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!
Das Airbnb war super ausgestattet. Es hatte alles was man brauchte von Küchenutensilien zu Strandutensilien. Es funktionierte auch alles wie beschrieben mit dem Parkplatz ect. & Jenny (Host) hat uns immer schnell zurückgeschrieben. Nach Absprache mit Jenny war ein späteres Check-Out auch möglich, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön & wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das einzige was man vielleicht erwähnen muss, ist das die Umgebung in der Hauptsaison sehr touristisch ist & die Location daher nicht so privat. Die Cala ist immer gut besucht & deshalb hat es auch viele Autos. Auch zu beachten ist, dass man in der Küche kein Essen offen rumstehen lassen kann, da dies sofort befallen wird von kleinen Ameisen. Trotzdem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und vorallem darüber das alles einwandfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Ich würde das Airbnb weiterempfehlen!
Die Unterkunft war wirklich super schön. Tolle Lage direkt oberhalb der Bucht mit einer schönen großen Terrasse! Die Bucht konnte man über eine Treppe welche direkt am Haus vorbei ging innerhalb 2 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen um entspannt in das nächste Städtchen oder in einen Supermarkt zu gelangen.
