Great location with great parking and access to beautiful Cala.

Als Familie mit drei jugendlichen Kindern hatten wir einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Jennys traumhaftem Haus. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind umwerfend. Jenny hat jede Anfrage sofort beantwortet, und das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – inklusive Klimaanlage, Gasgrill, Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Yogamatte, Anwohner-Parkschein und einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Bucht tagsüber in der Hauptsaison sehr voll wird. Wir haben unsere Woche in Jennys Haus jedenfalls ausgiebig genossen.

Wir hatten acht wundervolle Tage in diesem sehr schönen, typisch mallorquinisch gestalteten Ferienhaus. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick. Morgens und abends ist es herrlich ruhig, tagsüber hört man allerdings die Badegäste unten in der Bucht. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot sogar Strandsachen wie Sonnenschirm und Schwimmnudel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, außerdem sind alle Wohn- und Schlafräume klimatisiert. Über eine steile Treppe erreicht man die Bucht in wenigen Minuten. Zum Einkaufen fährt man kurz nach Santanyí. Mit dem Parkausweis kann man auf den grünen Anwohnerparkflächen parken, auch wenn diese manchmal von Badegästen belegt sind. Von den zwei Bädern ist eines neu, das andere älter und etwas muffig. Die Vorabinfos und die Organisation durch Jennifer waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen vielleicht wieder.

One note, be a good guest of the island and bring a trash bag down to the beach. Some of the other tourists in the area left the beaches trashed when I went to watch the sunrise one morning and I just wish I had something to clean it up. It was out last day our I would have gone back. Trashy tourists really are a big problem, don’t be one of them, and even better leave it better than you found it.

Incredible spot, the listing photos really don’t do justice to the amazing location and views.
We loved walking down the short flight of stairs right next to the property to swim in the cove and jump off the cliffs into the crystal clear water.
The place is set up perfectly with everything you need, and great spaces for connecting with friends and family.

Die Lage war unfassbar schön – wirklich einer der größten Pluspunkte dieser Unterkunft. Auch sonst hat alles bestens gepasst, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

This place was amazing, with beautiful views overlooking the water and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we made many wonderful meals while dining al fresco.

The most beautiful location in a sought after area. Literally located on Calo Del Moro and Cala S' Almunia. Parking with pass was easy. House was beautiful, cool, and has a gorgeous balcony. We went to the Santanyi market and Cala Lombards easily and quickly. Owner was fabulous to work with. We dream of returning.

Jennifer’s place was so lovely. The views were jaw dropping! Our family enjoyed having a glass of wine and snacks on the terrace. The house was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the description. The location was convenient to visit nearby Cala.

Tolles Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, schöne Lage. Traumhafte Buchten in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, ist ein Auto notwendig. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Um den Müll zu entsorgen, ist es ebenfalls notwendig ein Auto zu haben, das es zum Müllplatz ohne Auto ein ordentlicher Spaziergang wäre. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft schön. Jenny ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Lage und das Haus waren perfekt, dazu ein Stellplatz vor der Tür! Alle 3 Schlafzimmer waren einladend ausgestattet und es war sehr ruhig nachts.
Die Terrasse bot einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer, dort zu frühstücken war traumhaft.

This is a truly special place and we felt really lucky to have been able to stay here. What was wonderful for us as a family of 5, is the location - close to gorgeous beaches, wonderful coves and a fantastic view to come home to in the afternoon and enjoy. We have stayed in lots of Air B&Bs and this is one of those 'real gems'; somewhere we have made truly wonderful memories to last forever. We will be back hopefully one day.

This place is A-MAZ-ING. My teens did not want to leave! Beautiful house, beautiful location, beautiful view. Very clean, quiet neighborhood and lovely decor. Well put together. Enjoyed the paper towels, toilet paper, and lots of spices, oils and extras! Definitely worth every penny, and then some! Having a car is key, but the parking pass makes parking a breeze right in front! You won’t regret staying here! Jennifer is great as well!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft! Es war alles schön sauber und wir hatten einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Bucht. Alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, war vorhanden, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Austausch mit Jenny und waren hier definitiv nicht das letzte Mal Gast!

Traumhaft schönes Haus direkt an den Klippen mit Meerblick, schöne Terrasse, gemütlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit Jenny. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit an diesem wunderbaren Ort ,einen traumhafter Ausblick und die Wohnung hatte alles was man sich für einen schönen Urlaub wünscht ....

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung bietet einen wirklich fantastischen Ausblick – morgens beim Kaffee und abends beim Sonnenuntergang einfach ein Traum. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein.
Auch die Ausstattung hat uns überzeugt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Von der Küche bis zum Bad war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

What an absolutely incredible stay we had at this location. Would recommend all day any day!

Die Lage der Wohnung über der Bucht ist unfassbar schön. Etwas Vergleichbares ist auf Mallorca sicher schwer zu finden.
Jennifer ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieterin, sie hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir waren im Dezember hier und hatten leider eine für Mallorca sehr kalte und stürmische Wetterlage. So dass es trotz gut funktionierender Klima/Heizgeräte zum Teil nicht ganz einfach war, besonders das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Das lag vor allem daran, das die Terrassentür und das Fenster recht undicht sind (Einfachverglasung). Das Ensuite Bad verfügt über keine eigene Heizquelle . Wäre ich Inhaber, dieser schönen Wohnung, würde ich diese Fenster schon allein aus Energiespargründen und Nachhaltigkeit bei der Nutzung von Ressourcen austauschen.
Abgesehen davon, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Our stay at Jennifer's place was absolutely amazing - we did not want it to end!
We just can't recommend it enough! The house itself is really beautiful. The balcony/terrace offers stunning unobstructed views of the coast and the picturesque cove. The kitchen is fitted with everything needed to cook tasty meals, the house in general is very clean and comfy.
Maybe even more special than the house itself is its location! While there are other homes in the direct vicinity, they are all behind the house - there are no more houses between Jennifer's and small cove so it still feels quite private and secluded. Starting right drom the door, there many kilometers of untouched coast with very nice hiking trails.
We are very happy to have come in November - no crowds, great weather and water warm enough for nice swims.
Jennifer herself is very friendly and responsive. Happy to answer any and all questions and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Sabíamos que Mallorca es un lugar superpoblado de turistas. La casa de Jennifer fue un refugio, una belleza. Aislada y al mismo tiempo con dos calas a tus pies. Pudimos disfrutar las calas temprano, antes de que llegase la invasión de gente, a fines de octubre. Un entorno soñado. Volvería siempre. Una casa cálida, decorada con buen gusto, amplia, con una terraza inmejorable. Vale la pena!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Jennifer war unglaublich gut erreichbar.
Die Aussicht werden wir nie vergessen.
Leider waren es zu viele Leute an den beiden Stränden.
Aber die Natur um uns herum war einzigartig.

Eines der schönsten Airbnbs in denen wir bisher waren! Die Lage ist so wunderschön, man hat seine Ruhe & die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich & hilft sofort bei Fragen. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal!!😍🌞

Beautiful setting above a busy beach. Be aware that there is a path down a steep hill to the beach right next door to the house and the area is busy so you'll see lots of people walking by on their way to the beach. The bathrooms are small but functional. The oven in the kitchen is a German unit that didn't have any operating instructions so we weren't able to use it much. We did have good luck grilling on the outdoor gas grill.

Wunderschöner Blick, stilvolle Wohnung, voller Komfort! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges kleines minus die wunderschöne Bucht war in der Hochsaison leider etwas überlaufen. Das hat man auf der Terrasse stets gehört.

Most beautiful setting for any place I have ever stayed, house was extremely comfortable, wrap around deck comfortable at any time of day, rooftop for stargazing, steep stairs to Aluminia and Cala des Malo, but there is no place closer 5* for sure

The place is by 2 beautiful beaches and the view is amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. You may want to hire a car as the place is difficult to reach otherwise.

Jenny's place is really special. The view from the terrace is amazing and so peaceful in the early mornings and evenings. A small rocky cove is down the steps by the side of the house and if you walk round to Calo des Moros (less than 10 minutes on designated paths) you'll find a beautiful cove which is just wonderful for swimming. You do need to go very early though before the crowds come and it is a very steep climb down.
To have a parking permit outside the house is a real privilege. The house is also very well equipped and I liked that there were cooking essentials like oil, salt and pepper and spices. Very often there is nothing.
The location is great. There are so many wonderful beaches and beautiful places to visit like Es trenc, Santanyi and Cala Figuera. You have to drive everywhere though and the nearest shop is in Cala Llombards, a 5 minute drive.
Having said that, I would highly recommend staying in Jenny's place. It really is in such an idyllic spot.

What a perfect place! Best location. Walk down the stairs next to the house and arrive at the most magical beach - Cala s'Almunia. We spent so much time frolicking in the water and jumping off the cliffs. The house was perfect. Amazing views! Also, the air conditioning worked really well. So many places advertise air-conditioning but it barely cools. Every room has its own AC unit with its own controls. Was lovely at the end of the sweltering day. Would definitely stay here again. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful with everything.

We had such an amazing time at Jennifer’s place. It was extremely clean and matched photos exactly! Jennifer was so helpful whenever we had any questions or needed location recommendations. The location of house is insane and on a lovely beach. I would recommend getting a car so you can visit all the amazing beaches surrounding. Would 100% recommend this house!!

Grandiose Lage mit Aussicht auf Bucht und Felsklippen. In 5 Minuten ist man die Treppe runter und hat kleine Bucht zum Baden und von den Felsen springen. Wohnung ist schön möbliert, Küche top ausgestattet und die Terrasse über Ecke ist mit dem gedeckten Patio kühl und luftig. Je nach Tages- und Nachtzeit wechselten wir unseren Platz. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir den Sternenhimmel genossen. Alles war noch schöner & besser als auf den Fotos. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

We had a wonderful stay in mid June. The location is perfect. The Cala is steps from the door, but surprisingly private, as most tourists take another route to the beach. There is great cliff jumping which is great to do or just watch. Early mornings and evenings expect to have the place to yourself. We were there during high season and there are lots of tourists during the day, but they clear out. The parking pass provided with the house is super helpful - otherwise parking would have been challenging. Santanyi is a beautiful town - nice restaurants. Market day is fun, but also very crowded - so just know what you are stepping into! We hired a boat out of Cala d'Or one day to explore the coast, which is really fun to do. We did our grocery shopping at Agromart in Santanyi - they also have a nice parking lot. We loved out stay - would definitely come back.

Beautiful house, amazing views!! Wonderful place for vacation! House has everything we needed, comfortable beds, air conditioning, parking spot, just bring your shampoo and body wash. Closest restaurants are 11-12 min. We love this place!!

Our stay in Cala Llombards was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But the real highlight is the location: just meters from the beach, with breathtaking views overlooking the crystal-clear blue waters.
Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying coffee on the terrace with that view was truly unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, idyllic spot that feels like a hidden gem.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
