Wir hatten wundervolle erholsame Tage in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Sie entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist einfach sehr gut gelegen um schön abzuschalten und sich zu erholen !!!! Jenny war immer zu erreichen und hat jede Frage oder kleinere Anliegen sofort erledigt, einfach prima !!!! Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!!

A beautiful, cozy home with a fantastic view, located directly on the cliffs. We were very lucky with the weather in winter and were able to enjoy the sun on the terrace. It was very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. You should bring some fresh water (you can get it in a canister in the supermarket) as local water is quite salty. It can also happen that the apartment below is also in use and you can hear slight noises (but usually not a problem). We can definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous views and lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a couple of great hikes right from the house. Beautiful views up on the ridge and worth the effort to hike up there. Santanyí is close by and is a lovely town.

The perfect place to get away from it all and relax to the sound of the crashing waves and birds. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking out at interrupted views of the sea. The villa is only a few minutes walk away from a beautiful secluded beach. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and it was heaven! The amazing view, the sounds of the waves, the nature paths, the comfort, the atmosphere and amenities. Everything was as described by the host and the guests. Yes, there is a public access steps away from the house so it may not always feel private, but it was winter season so there was very little traffic. As for parking, we left one day and couldn't find parking when we returned so it was very appreciated to have the driveway as an option. Yes, there were flies but not any more than where we currently live. We rented a car and got groceries in Palma before we headed out, but there are a couple stores in Santanyi, the closest village (15 minutes away). (Make sure you buy plenty of drinkable water.) Thorsten and Jenny gave excellent and detailed instructions and recommendations. They even had drinkable water in the fridge, which was great because I forgot to buy some. We dream of returning.

The home is beautiful and the area is amazing. There are walking trails right outside the door, the location is private and views are GORGEOUS! The kitchen has everything we needed and was extremely clean. The home is located 10 minutes by car to a very cute town with a local market on the weekends. I cannot recommend enough we had a wonderful time.

Wir haben zu fünft 5 Tage hier verbracht und es war super, super schön! Die Lage des Hauses auf dem Felsen in der Bucht ist wunderschön und wir hätten noch viel länger hier bleiben können. Man könnte sich wirklich gut daran gewöhnen, nach dem Aufstehen IMMER so einen traumhaften Ausblick zu haben. Jetzt im Herbst hat man die Bucht morgens auch noch für sich allein, dadurch fühlt sie sich ein bisschen an wie der eigene „Hinterhof“. Tagsüber sind dann ein paar Touris dort, aber das hält sich total in Grenzen. Das einzige, das aus unserer Sicht zu beachten wäre, ist, dass es relativ viele Fliegen gibt (und ein paar Mücken). Die Kommunikation mit Jennifer war perfekt, es gab immer sofort eine super liebe Antwort. Alles perfekt!

깔로데스모로와 매우 매우 매우 가깝습니다. 심지어 주차하기 어려운 명소이기때문에 더욱 편하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 체크인은 오후3시임에도 언제든지 편하게 체크인하라고 배려해주셔서 일찍 체크인도 했습니다. ^^ 사진과 똑같은 모습이어서 더 좋았습니다. 다만 화장실, 주방 물이 바닷물같이 짰습니다. ㅠㅠ 그리고 해변근처여서 소파부분에 얼룩들이 있었습니다. 그 외에 부족할 거 없이 조용하고 바다에서 놀 수 있는 용품들도 있어서 빌려서 잘 썼습니다. ^^

Unfortunately on arrival the apartment was ‘infested’ with flies. Whilst the hosts reacted quickly and brought us some fly catchers (spray was already in the apartment) it completely tainted our experience. The apartment appeared very clean but having flies everywhere made it feel uncomfortable and we did not want to spend time there. The flies completely ruined our experience so it is hard. The hosts were however really responsive and helpful in an unfortunate situation that they were not directly responsible for. Without the flies the apartment would have been perfect. Compact but well laid out with all the amenities you could want. Great location and picturesque views.

This is a simple and nice beach house in an incredible location. Best to come outside of high season. Jenny was great with communications. The a/c worked great! Thank you for a great stay! Downsides (nothing to do with the house!)were many mosquitos and the beautiful calas were dirty because there were so many tourists in high season (august).

Perched above Cala S'Almunia, this villa truly exceeded expectations. Our August 2023 family stay (5 members) was nothing short of fantastic. The villa offers a secluded haven. Charming towns Santanyi and Es Llombards are within reach, and don't forget essentials from local supermarkets en route from Palma airport. Cala S'Almunia, a hidden gem, features a pebble beach nestled between rugged cliffs. Unlike busier beaches, this cove provides an intimate, sheltered ambiance. While Cala S'Almunia and nearby Calo del Moro draw crowds by day, mornings and evenings reveal a tranquil seclusion that's perfect for a peaceful floaty-assisted swim in the turquoise waters. The villa's allure matches or even surpasses its photos. It's thoughtfully equipped for a memorable family vacation. A special nod to Jennifer, our gracious host, who promptly addressed all our queries. Staying here felt like a friend's warm welcome and more.

The place is in a spectacular location overlooking the Cala S'Almunia. The home is just as good or better than the pictures. The immediate neighborhood does get pretty busy and the swimming is less ideal there for young children but the views are amazing and it was nice to swim in the evening after most of the crowds left.

Breathtaking view, beautiful and very comfortable terrace, very close to a nice bay, it’s just down the stairs … The access-road is a bit crowded, at least during the summer, due to all the beach visitors and parking cars. But you have your parking spot in front of the house and don’t have to worry. In the house itself and on the terrace it’s very quiet and you have your privacy and can enjoy the view and the very well equipped apartment and just relax. 😊

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere und gepflegte Finca, mit toller Lage am Meer und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Gastgeber superfreundlich und bei Fragen auch sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Wir waren begeistert.

What a great space! Location was perfect---out of the hustle/bustle of tourism, an easy drive to some great towns for site seeing, restaurants, shopping. Unbelievably peaceful with incredible views. We prepared several meals there and had all that was required to do so. We shopped at the local farmer's market as well as a great organic health food store in town to load up on supplies for breakfast, lunch and snacks since we were a bit isolated and made memorable meals and enjoyed them on the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Lulled to sleep each night with the sound of waves. And the cicadas serenaded us daily. It was a great rest after a month on the road for work conferences. Internet and cell service didn't allow us to work the way we needed to, but we made the best of it. Comfortable stay--we'd do it again! Thank you!

숙소 위치가 최고였어요 집 바로 옆 계단으로 내려가면 알무니아와 연결되어있고 칼로데스모로도 걸어서 10-15분이면 갈 수 있습니다 숙소 너무 넓고 예뻐서 여러명이 오면 좋을듯. 유명 해변 주변이라 집앞이 항상 관광객들 주차로 난리였고 사생활 보호가 되진 않았어요 그리고 수돗물이 해수로 사용하는건지 엄청 짜고 샤워기 필터 사용 시 하루만에 황토색이 됐어요. 벌레도 많이 들어옴 온전히 바다 갈 목적이면 숙소 추천.

Es hat alles prima geklappt und die Unterkunft war angenehm. Im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ausblick! Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es leider nicht ganz so ruhig wie erhofft. Zum einen hatten wir das Pech, dass gegenüber eine Baustelle war. Zum anderen war reger Betrieb in der Straße durch parkende Strandbesucher, die Anwohnerparkregelung war wohl ausgesetzt, so dass wir auch bei Ankunft erstmal keinen Platz fanden. Das soll sich aber wieder ändern. Es führt eine Treppe direkt am Haus runter in die Meeresbucht, dort halten sich vor allem Jugendliche / jüngere Leute auf (da z.T. unwegsam). Es gibt keine Bars und wilden Partypeople, aber es gibt "Boom Box" Musik und Treppentreffs. Ganz abgeschieden ist es also nicht. Tipp vorab wenn es noch kühl ist: Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern auf Entfeuchten stellen, das wussten wir vorher leider nicht und die Betten wurden etwas klamm. Außerdem: Wasser mitbringen für Kochen, Zähneputzen

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse! Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist malerisch gelegen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist phantastisch. Hier findet man alles, wenn man die Entspannung sucht, als das pulsierende Leben. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr gut und die Einrichtung hell und entspannt. Als sehr angenehm haben wir die kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine und eigenen Parkplatz empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny war freundlich, offen und problemlos. Danke, es war Spitze. Wir können euch nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Jenny und Thorsten sehr genossen. Für uns persönlich die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren. Die Inneneinrichtung war stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt, draußen bot die große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grill einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Klippen. Man konnte sich daran wirklich nicht sattsehen. Die Unterkunft bietet für mehrere Personen ausreichend Platz und die 2 Badezimmer sind ein klarer Vorteil. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny hätte besser nicht sein können. Sie stand uns immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Rat und Tipps während unseres Aufenthalts beiseite und hat uns die Ankunft und Abreise so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Danke für die wirklich tolle Gastfreundschaft an dieser Stelle! Wir behalten den Urlaub in bester Erinnerung und kommen gerne wieder!

You can't beat this location, one of the prettiest in Mallorca. Unspoiled by hotels, condos, etc. Very popular with day visitors, especially in season, but Jenny and Thorsten's place is quiet and private. Wonderful outdoor areas and a rooftop terrace that is spectacular at night. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Top Lage, sehr schöne Umgebung. Es war alles wie Beschrieben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ich habe mich bewusst für Lage entschieden und war begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen nicht neu oder modern. Ich würde sie kurz als einfach, jedoch romantisch in sensationeller Lage beschreiben. Wer das akzeptiert, verbringt einen traumhaften Urlaub da, wo andere Tagesausflüge machen müssen. Ich habe mich richtig gut erholt.

Perfect location. Walking distance to beautiful Calas. Beautiful views in tranquil spot in the off season.

We truly loved our stay here. We swam every day in the bay, the nature walk/coastal trail is literally out the door. The flat is very comfortable, has beautiful views, the kitchen is well-stocked and outdoor deck lovely. Easy access to all kinds of things to do, great restaurants. Jenny has put together a super helpful resource about the area. Highly recommended.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern dort und können es nur empfehlen.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in den Herbstferien dort verbracht.Die Lage des Hauses ist top.Zwei tolle Badebuchten mit türkisfarbenen Wasser,sind über einen kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist beeindruckend. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Oktoberwoche hier war einfach nur wundervoll. Die Lage der Unterkunft mit dem Blick auf das Meer und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet ist überwältigend, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und die Kommunikation mit Jenny von der ersten Minute an sympathisch und total unkompliziert. Einen besseren Host hätte man sich nicht wünschen können. Für uns unvorstellbar, dass jemand, der hier einmal gewohnt hat, nicht wiederkommen möchte!

완벽한 위치와 완벽한 호스트를 갖춘 집이에요. Caló del Moro 해변도 가깝지만, 제가 제일 좋았던 건 집 바로 옆 계단으로 내려가면 S'Almonia 해변이 나오는 거예요. 아담한 해변이지만 정말 아름답고 놀기 좋았어요. 시간이 가는지 모르고 놀았어요. 그 두 해변은 사유지 근처에 있는 곳이라 주차 문제를 겪고, 다들 가기 어려워하는 데요. 저는 바로 집 앞이라 놀기 정말 편했어요. 유명 관광지 근처라 사람들이 북적이고 시끄러울 것 같지만, 전혀 그렇지 않습니다. 조용하고 프라이빗해서 이 집 위치는 정말 환상적입니다. 집에 여러 조리기구들이 있어서 음식해먹기가 좋았고, 인테리어나 여러가지 소품들이 모두 조화롭고 안락함을 느끼게 해줬어요. 다만, 조금 알아야할 것이 있다면 샤워할 때 소금끼가 느껴진다는 것이에요. 저에게 큰 문제는 아니였지만, 민감한 분들이 있을 것 같아요. Thorsten는 정말 친철하고, 배려깊은 호스트였어요. 다음에 또 온다면 방문하고 싶어요. 감사해요!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Einrichtung und die Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Natur ist gigantisch schön. Thorsten und Jenny sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles, sauberes Airbnb mit direktem Zugang zu einer kleinen Bucht und einem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der nächste Ort mit netten Restaurants ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Die Vermieter waren auch total bemüht und die Kommunikation war super!

Schönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage und toller Aussicht direkt an der Cala S’Almunia. Check-In und Kommunikation mit Jenny durchgängig sehr freundlich und problemlos! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Küche, Grill, Badeausstattung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren besonders froh über die Klimaanlage, da es im Haus doch sehr heiß und stickig werden kann. Winziger Minuspunkt: das Wifi ist sehr langsam und die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und riechen dementsprechend. Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist sehr salzig. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen!
