Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick.

Wir waren für 6 Tage in der Unterkunft und rundum zufrieden. Bei Fragen usw. haben wir stets innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wandern an der Küste hat Spaß gemacht. Trinkwasser im 5l Ballon kaufen wegen dem Salzgehalt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterlunft war top, die Aussicht atemberaubend. In der Unterkunft war alles was man braucht, eine sehr solide Ausstattung. Thorsten und Jenny waren ausgezeichnet nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful place stay in ‘winter’ time, spacious with an amazing view.

Words can not describe how amazing this Airbnb is! From the location to the decore everything was amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful and super responsive. The house is located right next to a trial that takes you right down to the most beautiful coves I have ever seen. We (a group of 5) came in December so it was super peaceful. We enjoyed our trip so much and a major reason why is because of this Airbnb. The only things that were missing was there wasn’t any body wash and shampoo available in the showers.

Jenny hat uns schnell und flexibel eingewiesen, sie war immer für uns erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft gelegen! Tolle Buchten direkt vor der Haustür und gute Wander Möglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr begeistert 😎

Die Wohnung super; wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die traumhafte Aussicht genossen – es fühlte sich wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Leider müssen wir zurück in die Realität und zur Arbeit, aber wir sind voller Energie. Schön, dass es an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht wurde. Bis zum nächsten Mal, hoffentlich!

There are no words strong enough to describe how perfect the location of Thorsten and Jenny's lovely home was. Situated on a hill overlooking the ocean was more breathtaking than any pictures could do justice. When we first drove to the airbnb, we had to drive through a road filled with a hoard of beach goers who had to walk the long distance to reach the cala right by the airbnb because there is limited public parking. Seeing that made us feel EXTRA grateful for the included parking space outside of the house and the proximity to the ocean. The space was decorated very tastefully and we had pretty much everything we needed. However both bathrooms were missing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is no big deal as we were able to grab from the nearby Lidl. But wanted to call it out since the listing is advertised as including so. Jenny was incredibly proactive about check in and our stay. Super responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Das Airbnb war super ausgestattet. Es hatte alles was man brauchte von Küchenutensilien zu Strandutensilien. Es funktionierte auch alles wie beschrieben mit dem Parkplatz ect. & Jenny (Host) hat uns immer schnell zurückgeschrieben. Nach Absprache mit Jenny war ein späteres Check-Out auch möglich, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön & wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das einzige was man vielleicht erwähnen muss, ist das die Umgebung in der Hauptsaison sehr touristisch ist & die Location daher nicht so privat. Die Cala ist immer gut besucht & deshalb hat es auch viele Autos. Auch zu beachten ist, dass man in der Küche kein Essen offen rumstehen lassen kann, da dies sofort befallen wird von kleinen Ameisen. Trotzdem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und vorallem darüber das alles einwandfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Ich würde das Airbnb weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super schön. Tolle Lage direkt oberhalb der Bucht mit einer schönen großen Terrasse! Die Bucht konnte man über eine Treppe welche direkt am Haus vorbei ging innerhalb 2 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen um entspannt in das nächste Städtchen oder in einen Supermarkt zu gelangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 😊

Extraordinaire !!

Es war herrlich! Die Unterkunft war super schön, sauber und die Aussicht ist einfach unvergleichlich schön! Auch die Lage hat uns super gefallen, es ist ruhig und mit dem Mietwagen alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war immer top. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder!

Positiv - Wundervolle und einmalige Aussicht und Buchtnähe - Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus - Klimaanlage - Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich (Geschirr, Handtücher, Strandsachen, Terrassenmöbel etc.) - sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt Negativ - sehr verkalkte und verrostete Badezimmer und Küchen Armaturen - klebrige und verschmutzte Küchengeräte - aus dem Wasserhahn kommt Salzwasser (Kochen und Zähne putzen lieber mit Flaschenwasser - aber der Hinweis steht in der Broschüre in der Unterkunft) - Ameisen in der Küche

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thorsten and Jenny’s home. It is in a residential area (stores are about 10 minutes away). Because the house is right above a popular cove, the narrow roads were a little challenging during peak beach hours, but parking was easy with the parking sticker the host provides. Tip: rent as small a car as works for you. Many roads in Mallorca are very narrow. The house is bright, open and comfortable. And the view is probably one of the best on the island. There is a wrap around patio with comfortable furniture and an open roof top patio. Because there is no light pollution, the night skies are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. We just had a little trouble operating the oven which was in German. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The ensuite shower is a little small, but the main bathroom is a good size. You may want to bring a Firestick or Roku for entertainment in languages other than German. We highly recommend this home.

The house is very nice, and the view from the decks stunning. The local beaches do get very crowded in summer, and the streets are full of pedestrians, but early morning and early evening was fine. This is a remote location and a car is necessary for buying food, and above all water. We would definitely rent this apartment again, or another with Thorsten and Jenny. They are very responsible and helpful with any and all questions.

We loved our stay and it was exactly as pictured. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and the views!

Meine Familie und ich hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht war traumhaft, die Wohnung bietet alles was man brauchte. Es war sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny war zu jeder Zeit komplikationslos, hilfreich und sehr sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können sie nur jedem weiterempfehlen. 🙂

Best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und wahnsinnig gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt . Leider wurden die beiden Buchten durch Insta zum Touri Hotspot - unglaubliche Menschenmassen haben das Viertel täglich von 9-19 Uhr geflutet. Aber morgens und abends konnte man die Lage , den Ausblick und die Idylle genießen. Tagsüber musste man eher Ausflüge machen ☺️

What a spot! Amazing location right above Cala S’Alumnia, with just a staircase down to the cove. When we went first thing in the morning, we had it completely to ourselves. A short walk up the other side of the cove led to a beautiful, secluded hike through the protected nature area. We also enjoyed sitting on the porches looking at the sea and stars. Highly recommend!

Die Panorama-Aussicht von diesem Haus ist atemberaubend schön. Wir haben die gemütliche Atmosphäre mit all ihren Vorzügen genossen. Jenny war allzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die beeindruckenden Küsten-Wanderwege können gleich vom Haus begonnen werden. Auch das nahe gelegene Santanyi, mit seinem wunderschönen Markt am Mittwoch und Samstag ist mit seiner Vielfalt ein Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place, somewhat tired in maintenance but only on details for a professional designer’s eye. Though if this would be done in low season it would increase the value.

Wir hatten wundervolle erholsame Tage in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Sie entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist einfach sehr gut gelegen um schön abzuschalten und sich zu erholen !!!! Jenny war immer zu erreichen und hat jede Frage oder kleinere Anliegen sofort erledigt, einfach prima !!!! Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!!

A beautiful, cozy home with a fantastic view, located directly on the cliffs. We were very lucky with the weather in winter and were able to enjoy the sun on the terrace. It was very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. You should bring some fresh water (you can get it in a canister in the supermarket) as local water is quite salty. It can also happen that the apartment below is also in use and you can hear slight noises (but usually not a problem). We can definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous views and lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a couple of great hikes right from the house. Beautiful views up on the ridge and worth the effort to hike up there. Santanyí is close by and is a lovely town.

The perfect place to get away from it all and relax to the sound of the crashing waves and birds. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking out at interrupted views of the sea. The villa is only a few minutes walk away from a beautiful secluded beach. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und war exakt das, was wir gesucht haben.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and it was heaven! The amazing view, the sounds of the waves, the nature paths, the comfort, the atmosphere and amenities. Everything was as described by the host and the guests. Yes, there is a public access steps away from the house so it may not always feel private, but it was winter season so there was very little traffic. As for parking, we left one day and couldn't find parking when we returned so it was very appreciated to have the driveway as an option. Yes, there were flies but not any more than where we currently live. We rented a car and got groceries in Palma before we headed out, but there are a couple stores in Santanyi, the closest village (15 minutes away). (Make sure you buy plenty of drinkable water.) Thorsten and Jenny gave excellent and detailed instructions and recommendations. They even had drinkable water in the fridge, which was great because I forgot to buy some. We dream of returning.

The home is beautiful and the area is amazing. There are walking trails right outside the door, the location is private and views are GORGEOUS! The kitchen has everything we needed and was extremely clean. The home is located 10 minutes by car to a very cute town with a local market on the weekends. I cannot recommend enough we had a wonderful time.

Wunderschöne Aussichten in einer guten Lage ( 45 Autominuten von Palma )

Wir haben zu fünft 5 Tage hier verbracht und es war super, super schön! Die Lage des Hauses auf dem Felsen in der Bucht ist wunderschön und wir hätten noch viel länger hier bleiben können. Man könnte sich wirklich gut daran gewöhnen, nach dem Aufstehen IMMER so einen traumhaften Ausblick zu haben. Jetzt im Herbst hat man die Bucht morgens auch noch für sich allein, dadurch fühlt sie sich ein bisschen an wie der eigene „Hinterhof“. Tagsüber sind dann ein paar Touris dort, aber das hält sich total in Grenzen. Das einzige, das aus unserer Sicht zu beachten wäre, ist, dass es relativ viele Fliegen gibt (und ein paar Mücken). Die Kommunikation mit Jennifer war perfekt, es gab immer sofort eine super liebe Antwort. Alles perfekt!

깔로데스모로와 매우 매우 매우 가깝습니다. 심지어 주차하기 어려운 명소이기때문에 더욱 편하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 체크인은 오후3시임에도 언제든지 편하게 체크인하라고 배려해주셔서 일찍 체크인도 했습니다. ^^ 사진과 똑같은 모습이어서 더 좋았습니다. 다만 화장실, 주방 물이 바닷물같이 짰습니다. ㅠㅠ 그리고 해변근처여서 소파부분에 얼룩들이 있었습니다. 그 외에 부족할 거 없이 조용하고 바다에서 놀 수 있는 용품들도 있어서 빌려서 잘 썼습니다. ^^

Unfortunately on arrival the apartment was ‘infested’ with flies. Whilst the hosts reacted quickly and brought us some fly catchers (spray was already in the apartment) it completely tainted our experience. The apartment appeared very clean but having flies everywhere made it feel uncomfortable and we did not want to spend time there. The flies completely ruined our experience so it is hard. The hosts were however really responsive and helpful in an unfortunate situation that they were not directly responsible for. Without the flies the apartment would have been perfect. Compact but well laid out with all the amenities you could want. Great location and picturesque views.

This is a simple and nice beach house in an incredible location. Best to come outside of high season. Jenny was great with communications. The a/c worked great! Thank you for a great stay! Downsides (nothing to do with the house!)were many mosquitos and the beautiful calas were dirty because there were so many tourists in high season (august).

Perched above Cala S'Almunia, this villa truly exceeded expectations. Our August 2023 family stay (5 members) was nothing short of fantastic. The villa offers a secluded haven. Charming towns Santanyi and Es Llombards are within reach, and don't forget essentials from local supermarkets en route from Palma airport. Cala S'Almunia, a hidden gem, features a pebble beach nestled between rugged cliffs. Unlike busier beaches, this cove provides an intimate, sheltered ambiance. While Cala S'Almunia and nearby Calo del Moro draw crowds by day, mornings and evenings reveal a tranquil seclusion that's perfect for a peaceful floaty-assisted swim in the turquoise waters. The villa's allure matches or even surpasses its photos. It's thoughtfully equipped for a memorable family vacation. A special nod to Jennifer, our gracious host, who promptly addressed all our queries. Staying here felt like a friend's warm welcome and more.

The place is in a spectacular location overlooking the Cala S'Almunia. The home is just as good or better than the pictures. The immediate neighborhood does get pretty busy and the swimming is less ideal there for young children but the views are amazing and it was nice to swim in the evening after most of the crowds left.

Breathtaking view, beautiful and very comfortable terrace, very close to a nice bay, it’s just down the stairs … The access-road is a bit crowded, at least during the summer, due to all the beach visitors and parking cars. But you have your parking spot in front of the house and don’t have to worry. In the house itself and on the terrace it’s very quiet and you have your privacy and can enjoy the view and the very well equipped apartment and just relax. 😊
