Perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Casa de la Luz is located near the beautiful Cala Llombards bay in a quiet residential area and offers everything your heart desires. It is only a 5-minute walk to the cliff walk in the middle of nature. Ideal for evening walks. The family-friendly Cala Llombards bay is also within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes’ walk). The modern chalet, completely renovated in 2021, offers enough space and retreat possibilities for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms plus 1 bedroom upstairs with sofa bed (can also be used as an office), 3 bathrooms and plenty of outdoor space. It is completely new, furnished to a high standard and very elegant decorated. No comfort is lacking here. The pool also has a shallow water zone. By the pool is a beautiful summer kitchen with gas and charcoal barbeque and a dining table for up to 10 people. The entire outdoor area is enclosed and ideal for a holiday with children. A large roof terrace with additional tower terrace and high-quality lounge furniture offers not only a magnificent sea view but also a panoramic view all the way to Santanyi. Here, everyone, big or small, young or old, will find a quiet spot in the sun or shade.

The 4 bedrooms are equipped as follows.

Master bedroom: King size bed 180cm x 200cm, wardrobe, en suite bathroom, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: King size bed also divisible into two single beds 180cm x 200cm, wardrobe, air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: King size bed also divisible into two single beds 180cm x 200cm, wardrobe, air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: high quality sofa bed 140cm wide x 200cm long. The room can also be used as an office, as it also has a desk with desk chair.

The cosy, living room has SAT TV smart (60″) with fireplace and large sofa.

The plot is completely sorounded by green and offers enough privacy.
The house is ideal for a holiday with small children. The property is completely fenced and it is located on a quiet side street.

In the quiet village of Cala Llombards there is a small supermarket, a bar and a nice beach bar with delicious food and sometimes live music (in the summer months) for relaxed dinners with or without children on the beach.

    We have stayed in many AirBnB homes around the world now and we can safely say this was the best. The photos don’t do this place justice - it’s far bigger and with more amenities than what we had thought, which was a really welcome surprise. There are two roof terraces and the top one has views out to sea. There is also a toilet and shower room accessible from the garden - great when you’re in the pool all day. The house manual was helpful and gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit locally. The location was excellent - in a beautiful family-friendly neighbourhood about 10 mins walk from Cala Llombard’s stunning beach. We stayed for 10 nights and didn’t want to leave! This was the perfect home from home and we would love to return again soon.

    Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig und man erreicht fussläufig zwei tolle Buchten.

    좋은 해변들이 가깝고 숙소는 너무 아름다웠습니다. 모든게 잘 갖추어져 있고 깨끗해서 지내는 동안 행복했습니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶은곳입니다.

    Uns hat eine super schöne, geschmackvolle Unterkunft erwartet. Es war genau so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht gar noch schöner. Der Kontakt zu Jenny war super unkompliziert, total lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

    The casa de la luz is exactly as it’s shown in the pictures. The check in is easy and the communication with Jenny fast and very friendly (in German if necessary). The view from the roof terrace is stunning and the beach Cala Lombards is approximately 5-10 minutes by foot. A small supermarket is right around the corner, for bigger supermarkets and restaurants it’s a 10 minute drive to Santanyi.

    Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unserer Familie in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Jenny ist total hilfsbereit und reagiert innerhalb weniger Minuten auf Nachrichten. Von Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie nichts mitbekommen und auch der Strand, der zu Fuß zu erreichen ist großartig. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!!! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.🌞
