Wunderschöne Finca mit sehr großem Pool (17m x 12m). Ideal für Gruppen oder mehrere Familien die trotz gemeinsamen Urlaubes Ihre Privatsphäre nicht missen wollen. Die Finca besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmern, in 4 eigenständigen Häusern rund um den fantastischen Poolbereich. Der Pool mit separatem Kinderbecken, sowie Sonnen-und Schattenplätzen ist umsäumt von Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Beschreibung:
Diese wunderschöne Finca bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen.
Sie liegt am Rande des typisch mallorquinischen Ortes
Es Llombards nur 5 Autominuten von Santanyi entfernt.
Die Finca besteht aus 4 räumlich teilweise eigenständigen Häusern und somit teilweise voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmern. Mittendrin liegt der fantastische große Poolbereich mit separatem Kinderbecken, sowie Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen umsäumt von Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich ist komplett umzäunt mit verschließbaren Toren und somit kindersicher. Angrenzend an den Poolbereich gibt es eine Sommerküche mit Grillplatz sowie Tisch und Bänken. Die komplette Anlage liegt mitten in einem sehr schön angelegten und bewachsenen Garten umrandet von Feldern und Wiesen.

Die nächstgelegenen Strände (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) sind ca. 4km entfernt. Der idyllische Ort Santanyi, mit Wochenmarkt, vielen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 3km entfernt. Es Llombards selber verfügt über eine Bar, 2 Restaurants sowie eine Bäckerei.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

Lovely relaxing stay with all our extended family. A central autonomous kitchen which didn’t disturb any of the separate dwellings/apartments. Very large pool and great for so many people.

Wir waren 3 Pärchen und ein 2-jähriges Kind und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Tolle & großzügige Unterkunft, gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer, super Gastgeber und schöne, ruhige Gegend. Was will man mehr?! Wir kommen sicher wieder. 🙂

I had an amazing weekend trip in Thorstens house. I celebrated with 10 people and Thorsten and his wife were always responsive really really nice and communicative, supporting us with every question, recommendations and making check in and out, deposit etc very easy. Made the weekend perfect. I would highly recommend and always book again. The house is really amazing, great pool clean a lot of space and just beautiful.

Der Pool ist atemberaubend. Sowas haben wir vorher noch nicht gesehen. Die Gastgeber und die Lage sind perfekt. Genau das richtige für eine größere Gruppe. Top! Gerne wieder!

Fantastic place for families or larger groups. Excellent location which is very close to Santanyi and an easy 20 min ride from beautiful es trenc beach. Great restaurants within a few mins driving distance (some even in walking distance right in the town) Location consists of three small fincas surrounding a gigantic pool plus a small room next to the pool. All rooms are spacious, airconditioned (bedrooms) and clean. Large outside dining area with bbq pit and oven/stove. Big shoutout to Jenny. Super friendly, super quick in responding to any query and very helpful. We (three families of 4pax, 4pax and 2pax) will be back.

We had a great stay at the villa. The pool is absolutely massive. The communication with host was very quick and super helpful. We got great recommendations on places to go. The little houses make it easy to have your private life without a group of friends. Everything was really good, the only negative comments would be on the lack of equipment in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself.

Both Thorsten, and his property, were truly superb. A stunning setting, great for both lazy days around the incredible pool or for trips out to the nearby towns and beaches. Thorsten also could not have done more to be helpful / accommodating both pre and during our stay. A big thank you from us all.
