Description:
The lovingly designed finca Can Vidal, built in typical Mallorcan style, consists of 4 accommodation units with their own entrances and offers space for families and groups of up to 10 people plus small children. Due to the size of the park-like grounds, the various accommodation units and the beautiful pool landscape surrounded by fields, with adjacent, fully equipped summer kitchen including stone barbecue, you get the feeling of having your own private resort. For the safety of the younger guests, it is possible to close the access to the pool area with a wooden gate. There is also a 60cm deep children’s pool by the pool. Both the pool and water for domestic use as well as the irrigation of the typical Mediterranean planting are supplied by the estate’s own deep well, so that the planting spreads a wonderfully fresh atmosphere even in summer. There are various terraces, some covered, and chill-out areas spread throughout the grounds. A large shaded waterbed is located next to various loungers and seating by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower here, so that you can shower off immediately after swimming, or rinse off the sand after a walk on the beach before going into the pool. At the pool itself, there is another highlight of Finca Can Vidal in the summer: a beautiful old tricycle van from 1967 that houses a freezer for ice cream and other utensils in the hold, so that the guests have their own little ice cream van near the pool. Great fun for the little ones and a nostalgic extra for the grown-ups. Between the pool area and the living areas is the large summer kitchen with cooker, large refrigerator, wine storage, brick barbecue, Weber gas grill for quick grilling in between, dishwasher and a large counter facing the pool, so you also have your own pool bar. Here, everything has been thought of to facilitate a cosy get-together on holiday.
The living areas are designed and furnished with great attention to detail. Here you will find a successful mix of classic, Mallorcan country house style with modern, cosy as well as practical elements. The large kitchen of the main house is fully equipped with cooker, toaster, sufficient cutlery and crockery, coffee machines, large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. Adjacent to this is a beautiful, large and bright dining room with space for up to 10 people. In total, the finca has 5 bedrooms with double beds, various living rooms and chill-out corners and a total of 5 bathrooms, all equipped with shower or bathtub/shower tray. In addition to the bedrooms, there is further sleeping accommodation if the distribution in double rooms should be unfavourable. In the main house there are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, the other flats each have a bedroom, partly a separate living room or cosy sitting area and of course private bathrooms. This way, families and friends can enjoy their holidays together, but at the same time always have private retreats. Air conditioners are located in each bedroom or flat. Other equipment includes 6 TVs, some with Smart TV equipment, a music system with radio, CD and Bluetooth connection, a normal filter coffee machine, 4 Nespresso machines, 2 toasters, 5 refrigerators and a freezer as well as 2 dishwashers, etc..
This finca Can Vidal is ideal for a relaxing holiday together with friends and family, as it offers enough retreats, despite the shared pool and dining area, if you ever need some peace or privacy. This way, you can always find a quiet corner both indoors and outdoors, even when friends and family are frolicking by the pool or enjoying a barbecue and feast. This provides an ideal basis for a harmonious holiday even with a larger group.
The finca is located in a quiet street in the village of Es Llombards near Santanyí, so that guests can enjoy the peace and space of a finca on the one hand, but can still reach restaurants, bars, the small playgrounds and the bakery on foot. So you can also drink a glass at dinner in the restaurant with a clear conscience, because it’s easy to get home on foot.
The small village of Es Llombards is located between Santanyi and Ses Salines, so that you can reach both of these well-known places as well as the nearby beaches by car at short notice. The surrounding landscape, with small paths between the fields, invites you to take a walk and you get a wonderful impression of this still very authentic Mallorcan idyll.

The nearest beaches (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) are about 4km away. The beaches of S’amarador, Mondrago can be reached in 10 minutes by car and Es Trenc beach in about 15 minutes. The idyllic village of Santanyi, with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, is about 3km away. The small, typical Mallorcan village of Es Llombards itself has 2 bars, 3 restaurants, two playgrounds and a bakery.

Ein Paradies auf Erden zum rundum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen! Wir waren mit unserer kompletten Familie, bestehend aus 3 Generationen in der Finca Can Vidal zu Gast und können diese nur Weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer Thorsten und seine Frau haben sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute liebevoll um uns gekümmert, waren immer zur Stelle mit Tipps und Rat und einer helfenden Hand, wenn mal irgendetwas fehlte oder da Gas für den Grill sich dem Ende neigte. Die Finca inklusive des kompletten Grundstücks ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet auch für größere Gruppen mehr als ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsraum, wenn man ein wenig für sich sein will. Aussenbereiche zum kochen, essen oder einfach nur zum entspannen sind vielfältig vorhanden. Uns hat es in dieser Finca wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und ausreichende Bäder und WC‘s bieten auch für mehreren Paare optimale Privatsphäre. Für die Kids war neben dem Tollen Pool vor allem die stabile und gute Internetanbindung inkl. WLAN Abdeckung auf nahezu dem kompletten Gelände ein echtes Highlight! Bei geschlossenem Tor lebt man hier in seiner eigenen kleinen Welt, allerdings inmitten des kleinen Örtchen Es Llombards, das neben einer Bäckerei auch in unmittelbarer Nähe das wirklich tolle Spanische Restaurant Sa Fona zu bieten hat. Wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten und sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Finca, würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen und können diese Finca nur wärmstens empfehlen!
I don't even know where to begin; I'll just say that every single thing about this place exceeded all expectations by a large margin. Book this place right now, or read more reviews and then decide to book it, but your dates might get swooped up while you're hemming and hawing, and I'll have told you so! Your hosts, Thorsten and Jenny, are competent, friendly, and charismatic professionals who take their job very seriously. These two, hosting this place, is the Holy Grail of Airbnb. I'm gonna go book those dates you're thinking about right now.
Was für eine wundervolle Zeit auf der Finca! 🤩 Für Retreats von Herzen zu empfehlen. Durch die einzelnen Apartments hat jeder seinen Rückzugsort und dennoch kann gemeinsam in Fülle gearbeitet werden. Wenn ich ein "nur" Highlight nennen dürfte, wäre es der Pool mit Außenküche. Wobei auch die Hängematte zwischen den Palmen, die liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnungen und die vielen kleinen Details nicht zu vergessen sind. Der Kontakt mit den Verwaltern ist großartig. Es gibt sofort eine Antwort und für alles eine Lösung. Kurz um eine absolute Herzensempfehlung! ❤️
Wow - this place is fantastic! Gorgeous hidden gem in a little town which has some cute little restaurants but super close to Santanyi which has fab restaurants, shops and market. The house was FABULOUS, clean and comfortable. PERFECT set up for kids and our wonderful hosts went over and above to provide us with everything for our 4 kids (toddler, baby and young kids). The pool has plenty of pool toys, warms, clean. There are extra toys provided and a fab playhouse. So many gorgeous areas to sit and eat and the outdoor kitchen made cooking in a dream! We managed to relax and enjoy being in the villa after the kids went to bed. Great for separate families as you have your own space but are also together. Jenny & Thorsten were always on hand to answer any questions and even dropped more toys off! I honestly couldn’t recommend this air bnb enough. By far the best of our (extensive) air bnb stays!! THANK YOU!
We were 10 adults spending a week in this wonderful house. We really enjoyed the large outdoor area and especially the outdoor kitchen and pool (we didn’t really spend any time inside). Also very convenient that each bedroom has its own area and bathroom. The location is perfect, short walk to the bakery for fresh bread and a few restaurants nearby, and beaches just a few min drive. The hosts were very responsive, they came to clean the pool and outdoor area while we were there as well as quickly answering any questions or requests. Thanks for a great week!
Unser Urlaub in der Finca war wirklich klasse. Wir waren mit 8 Freunden dort und hatten super viel Spaß. Durch die einzelnen Wohnbereiche hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsort und trotzdem waren wir alle zusammen. Das Highlight war der Pool und die Sommerküche. Jenny und Thorsten sind super liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Bei Fragen hat man super schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Danke für die tolle Woche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ❤️
Helt fantastisk sted. Alt fungere og Thorsten og Jenny er super søde mennesker. Det var første gang at vi besøgte denne del af øen, men bestemt ikke sidste. Vi rejste en stor familie og huset fungerede perfekt for både små børn og oldemor på 90 år.
Een prachtige plek om met ons gezin te verblijven. Voor de kinderen was overal aan gedacht. We waren met 6 volwassenen en 4 jonge kinderen. Buitenkeuken was zeer goed uitgerust. Contact met de host was zeer goed. Altijd direct antwoord als we een vraag hadden. Gewoon een hele fijne plek om te verblijven.
Superb family villa. Plenty of space, good location to the beach and Santanyi. The hosts provided an abundance of equipment and facilities for all the family and were always on hand to answer any questions we had and provided plenty of recommendations. The pool is great for the whole family to enjoy, especially the convenient kids pool area. Maybe due to the time of year but there was a lot of mosquitoes which made enjoying the outside area at night difficult. Bring plenty of repellent.
We had a great time! We were with two families and because of the setup of the finca it was still possible to have some privacy with your own family. Thorsten and Jenny were happy to help with anything and the location really surprised us. We went to some of the nicest beaches we ever went to. Small, with white sand and calm light blue water. Perfect!
We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful villa and especially for kids so many fun things to play with. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend. There’s a few lovely restaurants in walking distance of the villa.

Stunning and spacious property. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are beautiful and peaceful. The multiple buildings provided plenty of space for our group of 8, though we could have easily fit 10. Both hosts were communicative, helpful and kind. Can't recommend enough!
A beautiful villa for a family group of 10 adults and a baby. Well equipped with a lovely outdoor area
This was the perfect place for a big family gathering. So much so that we rarely left the finca! The generous accommodation is simple but comfortable, clean and spacious. Each unit is self-contained, offering privacy, yet easily accessible to others. Lots of stylish outdoor spaces for chilling, reading and eating, plus two fabulous pools and a variety of places to enjoy both sunshine and shade. The well-equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area were perfect. An amazing plancha and barbecue, a huge outdoor dining table and a great spot for sundowners (but bring mosquito repellent). Our youngsters loved the many toys, inflatables and the pirate ship. Jenny and Thorsten really have covered all the bases. Communication with Jenny was effortless -fast and efficient - with plenty of local recommendations. Local restaurants and a bakery are a couple of minutes walk and supermarkets / restaurants in Santanyi a five minute drive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Es Llombards, on first impressions we were amazed at the size of the villa. The grounds were great for kids playing and there was plenty of toys to keep them entertained including footballs, scooters and block building and much more. We visited as 6x adults and 4x kids (under 6), the pool was lovely and the bar area next to the pool was where we spent the majority of our days. The village is quiet and peaceful especially at night and has a lovely bakery which comes highly recommended. The nearest town we visited was Santanyi, there is a bus service approx 3 mins away from Villa but also 10 mins in taxi for c. 7 euros. The hosts were both lovely, they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place and came to see us on departure, and were always very helpful and were very easy to talk to, responding quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place to relax and enjoy a peaceful and private holiday. See you again!
Wir sind begeistert von der Unterkunft! Wir waren als Familie mit vier Parteien inklusive Kinder im Urlaub. Das Haus bietet viel Raum für gemeinsame Zeit wie auch getrennte „private“ Räume als Rückzugsort. Unser Highlight war die Aussenküche am Pool für schöne, lustige und erholsame Stunden mit leckerem Essen. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und mega hübsch eingerichtet. Auch mit der Ausstattung (Küche, Spielsachen, Bücher, Badezimmer, Waschküche…)waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch ist alles in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Super schnelle und nette Kommunikation.
