The beautiful finca Son Piris is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes from the small, charming village of Es Llombards. The finca was completely renovated and refurnished in December 2024. A beautiful pool, an idyllic outdoor area and a spacious house with three bedrooms and a small spa with infrared sauna, ice bath and relaxation zone offer enough space for a wonderful holiday with up to 6 people. The beautiful bays of Cala S’Almunia or Cala Llombards can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, as can the small town of Santanyí with its diverse shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.

Description:
The beautiful Finca Son Piris is quietly located in the middle of the countryside, although it is also less than a kilometre and walking distance from the idyllic village of Es Llombards with its small bars and restaurants. The finca has a spacious pool (8.5m x 4m), as well as sunny and shady outdoor areas with sun loungers, seating and tables, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and refresh. In the small annex there is a lovely little spa with infrared sauna and wooden bathtub for ice bathing, shower and relaxation area. A large balcony offers wonderful views over the fields of Es Llombards. The covered terrace with its adjoining barbecue area invites you to enjoy cosy meals and barbecues.
The two-storey house has spacious and bright rooms with Mallorcan charm. The terrace leads into the large living/dining area with adjoining open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and much more. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable under the air conditioning in summer or on the sofa in front of the TV in the evenings. The large dining table offers plenty of space if everyone wants to get together to eat or play games. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2m, can be divided into 2 single beds) and built-in wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The second bathroom with shower and two further bedrooms with one double bed (1.80m x 2m. divisible into 2 single beds) and another double bed (2m x 2m), wardrobes and air conditioning are located on the upper floor. Underfloor heating keeps the house cosy and warm even in the winter months. The house also has high-speed internet so that you can work from home without any problems.
The finca is in a quiet location, yet only approx. 900 metres from the small village of Es Llombards. Here you will find a few small bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery. For larger purchases, there is an Eroski and a Lidl supermarket in the village of Santanyi, 5 kilometres away, where there are also many other bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest bays, Calo des Muro and Cala S’Almunia, can also be reached in a few minutes by car. So nothing really stands in the way of a varied holiday on this finca.

The perfect get away home complete with everything you might need on a beach vacation, I appreciated everything including the abundance of spices available!!
The host was super responsive without being disturbing or overly caring. So just the right level. The house and everything attached was of high quality. We truly enjoyed the well designed and maintained garden which nicely framed the pool with multiple options to hang at the pool. The location is very nice and quiet. I took an ice bath after each tennis sessions which just adds something special to the place. Overall, we had a great stay and certainly will come back.
Wir hatten einen rundum fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca auf Mallorca! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hervorragend ausgestattet und absolut komfortabel – genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das riesige, liebevoll angelegte Grundstück mit dem großen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen.
Die ruhige, etwas abgeschiedene Lage trägt ideal zur Erholung bei und ist mit einem Mietwagen problemlos erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Jennifer war herzlich, professionell und völlig unkompliziert – besser geht es nicht!
Es blieb kein Wunsch offen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
Wir haben über die Osterfeiertage eine Woche mit unserer Familie in der sehr schönen Wellness-Finca Es Lombards verbracht und haben uns alle äußerst wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr angenehm eine weitere Dusche im Saunaraum zu haben und in den kühleren Stunden haben wir die Infrarotsauna und die Fußbodenheizung sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Alles bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Sobald das Tor aufgeht, ist man einfach nur baff – das Grundstück und das Haus wunderschön! Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, egal ob im Sommer oder Winter. Ich war im Februar dort und dank Fußbodenheizung war es immer angenehm warm. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Infrarot-Sauna, und auch Fans von Eisbädern kommen auf ihre Kosten!
Der schön angelegte Pool und Garten laden zum Entspannen ein, und der Wohnbereich ist perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Die Möbel sind hochwertig, und die liebevoll ausgewählte Deko und Ausstattung machen das Haus besonders charmant. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein gemeinsames Kochabende braucht – inklusive verschiedener Kaffeemaschinenarten (sogar ein Siebträger!).
Die Lage war für uns super: absolute Ruhe, aber trotzdem kann man zu Fuß den nächsten Bäcker, eine Apotheke oder Restaurants erreichen. Außerdem sind die schönsten Buchten nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.
Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!
