Description:
The picturesque Finca Na Roqueta is located in the middle of the countryside and yet very close to the most beautiful bays in the south-east of the island. A private pool area with sun loungers and parasols surrounded by Mediterranean plants offers plenty of space to soak up the sun and unwind. Covered terraces invite you to relax or enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, even in the hot summer months. Cosy barbecue evenings or spending the day in the hammock, there is something for everyone on this finca.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a TV and spacious sofa area, a large dining room with an inviting wooden table and the adjoining kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to make your holiday a pleasant one. The first bedroom with a double bed (1.5 metres wide) and the first bathroom are also on this floor. An air conditioning unit is located in the hallway between the bedroom and living room, so that both rooms can be cooled or heated without any problems. The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, mirror and hairdryer. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (1.8m and 1.6m wide), air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
Behind the house are a few horses from the neighbour, so there may be some animal noises from time to time. The horses are completely separated from the house by a wall and privacy screen. However, the outer walls of the stable border the house, so you can hear the horses from time to time.
The finca is located between the small towns of Es Llombards and Cala Llombards in the middle of the countryside and promises a quiet holiday with absolute privacy.
However, both places can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as can the beautiful bays of Calo des Muro and Cala S’Almunia. The somewhat larger town of Santanyí is also so close that larger shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached quickly by car and nothing stands in the way of a varied holiday.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der tollen Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder ☺️☀️
Es war fantastisch. Die Finca ist liebevoll und hochwertig restauriert. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus laden dich überall zum Verweilen ein. Der Grill mit der tollen Aussenküche musste natürlich mitgetestet werden, toll. Und natürlich der Weitblick über das Naturschutzgebiet mit den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen, das ist einfach atemberaubend. Trotzdem waren wir superzentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Santanyi, ca. 5 Autominuten und 3 Autominuten zu einem etwas ruhigeren Strand. Auch sonst hat uns diese Ecke von Mallorca mit den unzähligen Calas und Küstenabschnitten besonders gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Megaschöne Finca. Sehr erholsame Atmosphäre, Entspannung ab der ersten Minute. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, äußerst netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Selbst als Rollstuhlfahrer nahezu barrierefrei! Es gibt viele schöne Entspannungsecken für jedes Familienmitglied, egal ob am Pool, der Lounge oder auf den Terrassen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Car is essential for this location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Cala Figuera is not too far and an absolute gem! The pool is bigger than the photos make out. Everything inside is tasteful , fresh and clean. Beds comfortable. We stayed with our 20 month old and found it safe and child friendly with lots of space to walk around and explore.

Die Finca ist super schön und absolut abgelegen gelegen, was zu einer herrlichen Ruhe und Privatsphäre führt. Verschiedene Strände sind in wenigen mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was benötigt wird um sich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich schnell um Fragen und Bedürfnisse. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Alles super nur sollte man die Schafglocken bedenken, wenn man nachts das Fenster offen halten will. 🙂

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage zwischen Feldern und Schafen und in der Nähe von schönen Buchten. Kommunikation mit Jenny und Thorsten war super. Es wurde sofort geantwortet und geholfen.

Die Finca liegt im Mondragón Natural Park abseits von anderen Häusern. Das Haus ist komplett saniert ohne den alten Charme zu verlieren. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Um das Haus gibt es an fast an jeder Seite eine Terrasse, so dass man dich dort den ganzen Tag gut aufhalten kann. Die alte Zisterne ist jetzt ein kleiner Pool, der etwas erhöht liegt - von dort hat man den schönsten Blick! Ich wünschte es gebe in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer eine Schlafmöglichkeit, die für Kinder und Erwachsene gut funktioniert, da im Moment nur ein Hochbett für Kinder dort drin steht - dann wäre es 150%! Es ist der perfekte Platz um die Seele baumeln zulassen! Wir kommen wieder!

Eingebettet in eine malerische Landschaft ist diese Finca der ideale Ort für Entspannung und Erholung. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, die Gastgeber zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Eine tolle, super einsam gelegenen Finca. In den 10 Tagen die wir da waren, waren wir komplett für uns. Strand in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, konnten wir sogar mit den Kindern gut machen. Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und verlässlich. Es gab leider keine Nahrungsmittel-Grundausstattung, weder Salz, noch Öl oder Zucker. Haben wir alles gekauft und die Reste dagelassen, wie in der Hausanleitung angeregt. Ob der nächste Mieter die Sachen wohl vorfindet? 😉 Hat uns alles in allem gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen

Loved the place! Looks great on the photos but even better on arrival. Perfect for our family ...2 adults 2 children. The building is a mix of modern and rustic charm. There's lots of different outdoor areas there's nothing else around you except fields, trees, sun and the sound of Cicadas. Thorsten's place is minutes (by car) from the traditional rural town of Santanyi. It's off the beaten track on an unnamed road and we loved that about it. 9 minutes by car and you'll find 3 supermarkets, 45 minutes to Palma, 20 minutes to the marina in Cala D'or ...great base from which to explore the Island and ace to return to up the winding country lanes and jump straight in the pool. The pool is perfect for a cooling dip and young kids. There's everything we needed for a family of four and the usual amenities plus great WiFi. There's no AC which didn't bother us but there's fans and Thorsten was the perfect host ...gave us tips for shopping ... was available by phone during our stay ...very amiable, friendly & enthusiastic about Majorcian history & culture. This place is in the Mondrago National Park with a selection of beaches ...turquoise sea ...great for snorkeling and bathing. You are in the country it's very private (the only visitor is the lady owner who bobs over early morning once or twice a week to service the pool) You have your own slice of Majorca. ..we very quickly felt at home ...really peaceful ...great outdoor BBQ area ...sun all day ...stars at night. Checking in & out couldn't be simpler. Superb! Great experience wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We offered to pay that night just roger ready but we were denied and were stranded and we had to rent a hotel because we didn’t have else where to stay. Other then that the house is beautiful and loved it.

Die Finca ist genauso schön in echt wie auf den gezeigten Bilder. Ganz super auch für die Kinder die ruhig mal laut sein konnten und rumtollen durften. Sehr zu emppfehlen!
