Finca Ses Blaies is a quietly located, idyllic finca just a few minutes away from the small village of Es Llombards. The spacious house with three bedrooms and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a pool was completely renovated and refurnished in December 2024 and offers enough space for up to 6 people. The upper floor is accessible via a separate entrance and, with its bedroom, bathroom and private terrace, offers a great retreat for enjoying a holiday together with family, friends or acquaintances, yet without any stress. The nearest bays, Cala S’Almunia and Cala Llombards, as well as the small town of Santanyí, are only 5 minutes away by car. New from mid-November 2025 with sauna area!!!

Description:

The idyllic Finca Ses Blaies is situated in a quiet location, yet only a few kilometers and within walking distance of the small Mallorcan village of Es Llombards with its bars and restaurants. It has a beautiful garden with a large pool and separate children’s pool, a covered chill-out area, sun loungers and an outdoor pool. There is a covered terrace right next to the house, with plenty of seating and a barbecue area, so that nothing stands in the way of cozy outdoor meals.

The two-storey house is divided into two separate units. The living room is located on the lower floor and features a sofa, television and fireplace, as well as a dining table and adjoining open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and much more. A large pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron are adjacent to the kitchen. The lower floor also has two bedrooms and bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m, one of which can be separated into two single beds), a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bathroom is accessible via the hallway and is equipped with a bathtub. The upper floor is accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find the third bedroom with adjoining bathroom and shower, as well as a private terrace offering beautiful views over the fields of Es Llombards. The well-ventilated bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a built-in wardrobe, a large television, an armchair and a ceiling fan. The separate area is ideal for those who want to enjoy their privacy despite being on holiday together.

The entire house has oil-fired central heating and a fireplace, ensuring it remains cosy and warm even during the winter months. High-speed internet also allows you to work from home. The wellness area with infrared sauna perfectly complements the comfort offered in winter.

The finca is in a quiet location, yet only approx. 500 metres from the small village of Es Llombards. Here you will find a few small bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery. For larger purchases, there is an Eroski and a Lidl supermarket in the village of Santanyi, 5 kilometres away, where there are also many other bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest bays, Calo des Muro and Cala S’Almunia, can also be reached in a few minutes by car. So nothing really stands in the way of a varied holiday on this finca.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft - vor allem der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Jennifer war äusserst angenehm und unkomplizoert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Die Finca ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir waren schon in vielen Häusern auf der Insel und das ist definitiv eines unserer Favoriten. Super privat und trotzdem ist man schnell in Santanyi und bei den schönen Calas. Alles war super clean und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool mit dem Poolhaus ist ein Traum! Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön. Jenny ist als Vermieterin sehr angenehm und freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.

Die Finca ist ein absoluter Traum und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen! Sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, super sauber und eine tolle Austattung, sodass es einem wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch zwischen schönen Wiesen und der angelegt Garten ist wunderschön. Vom Pool aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick! Die Lage ist perfekt um umliegende Dörfer und Stände zu erkunden und trotzdem Ruhe in der Natur zu haben. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🙂

Our stay at Finca Ses Blaies was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, Thorsten and Jenny were incredibly communicative and proactive, making sure we had all the information we needed for a seamless arrival. Their attentiveness and hospitality made us feel so well taken care of. The finca itself is a dream - spacious, beautifully designed, and set in a peaceful location just minutes from Es Llombards. The outdoor area is stunning, with a large pool, sun loungers, and a cozy chill-out space, perfect for relaxing.
We were a group of friends with a toddler and they even left a kids scooter, bike and massive basket of duplo for my son to play with which we were so grateful for.
The finca’s location is perfect, with charming bars and restaurants within walking distance, and some of the most beautiful coves just a short drive away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Thorsten and Jenny, for making our stay so special!
