Within walking distance of Cala S’Almunia and Calo des Moro, lies this dreamlike finca with sea views and pool for up to 9 people. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, this finca offers an oasis of tranquillity. Pure relaxation is guaranteed. The fabulously equipped, large summer kitchen invites you to nice cooking evenings with its large professional gas oven, wood-burning oven, grill and dishwasher.
The finca has 5 bedrooms which are divided as follows. On the ground floor of the finca you will find a living-dining room, a kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds (dimensions: 1.80m x 2m and 1.40m x 1.90m). One of the bedrooms also has air conditioning.
There are 2 single beds in another small bedroom. The bedroom has a small adjoining bathroom with shower. This bedroom can be accessed via a connecting door from the 2nd bedroom, but also has a separate entrance from the terrace.
There is also a second, beautiful modern bathroom with shower on the ground floor. An external staircase leads to the flat, which is separate from the main house. There you will find on approx. 45m² a spacious, bright, modern bedroom (double bed 1.80m x 200m) with air conditioning, as well as a spacious beautiful bathroom with shower and another bedroom (double bed 1.80m x 2m) with air conditioning and with its own terrace and sea view. The separate flat is ideal for several families or occupancy e.g. with grandma and grandpa, who do not want to miss their privacy despite being on holiday together.
The finca is situated on a very large, fully fenced plot and offers approx. 200 square metres of living space. The outdoor area with a large pool and sunbathing areas rounds off the comfort of the finca.

The nearest beaches (Cala S’Almunia and Calo des Moro) are about 500m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Another beach, Cala Llombards, is about 1.5 km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities is about 4km away.

Thorsten en Jenny zijn toppers. Ze hebben ons goede tips gegeven en onwijs goed geholpen wanneer het nodig was. Hele fijne mensen en duidelijke communicatie. Ik raad het zeker aan.
Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen … der Pool ist super gross und mit dem flachen Einstieg perfekt für kleine Kinder. Der Garten ist riesig und der Rasen super zum Spielen. Die Aussenküche ist der Hammer, wir haben zwei Wochen praktisch nur draussen verbracht! Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht, hegen und pflegen das Anwesen sehr liebevoll!! Danke für Alles, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!!
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gute Kommunikation und wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage. Ich würde die Unterkunft von Thorsten weiterempfehlen.

The most stunning location with great access to some of Mallorca's most celebrated beach spots. The home's grounds and pool were so relaxing, we mostly lived outdoors. Jenny was very communicative. We shared the home with another family and the downstairs and upstairs give us enough seperate to feel like we had our own space. A great stay I would recommend for families.

This was a family holiday and we had a lovely time. The pool was well used! And the extensive grounds were very peaceful, beautiful and interesting. There were lots of birds, cacti and palm trees. There were two kitchens, which was amazing. The outdoor kitchen particularly was really useful. Both kitchens were well equipped. Jenny and Thorsten were very helpful and responsive. When we had difficulty finding the property Jenny came to meet us within a few minutes. We would recommend this property, though you do need a car.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Thorsten und Jenni und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde und die Anlage war einfach perfekt für uns! Die Bucht Caló des Moro ist zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und ein absoluter Traum! Es war eine unglaublich tolle Unterkunft! Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit allem dabei, was man benötigt. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Haus hat auch eine super Lage, der Strand und der Ort ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette superbe maison. Nous avons cuisiné et mangé toute la semaine dans la cuisine extérieure qui est réellement un plus. La piscine est juste géniale et suffisamment grande pour pouvoir nager et pour que petits et grands puissent profiter. Le terrain extérieur est énorme. Le seul petit bémol est que l’eau chaude était un peu capricieuse… ça n’a pas posé de problème insurmontable car il faisait très chaud mais les enfants auraient parfois voulu avoir une douche un peu plus chaude. Les hôtes étaient toujours très réactifs et disponibles. Merci pour cette belle semaine!

Der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns super gut gefallen. Gerade der große Außenbereich (Highlight ist die Outdoor Küche) bietet sich für eine große Gruppe an!

Sehr schöne Lage, toller Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Outdoor-Küche. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Thorsten und Jenny. Die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden, aber vielleicht stört nicht jeden ein knatschendes Bett. Ansonsten alles top!

We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen, we spent most of our time outside and had a great time. The house is comfortable and clean. The WiFi was spotty. Be aware that the tap water is not potable. The location is nice, great access to beaches and small towns.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Paradies! Das Haus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück und der Pool ist einfach nur fabelhaft. Alles war super sauber und wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht!

Thorsten and Jennifer were absolutely fantastic and a great help for us. This place is the perfect location, close enough to beaches but also little need to move from beside the pool.

We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children staying for a week. Thorsten and Jenny were excellent at communicating and meeting our needs for the stay without any issues. They were always on hand and responded quickly. We did have a slight issue with the dishwasher but this was rectified within a couple of hours and caused us no hassle. Externally the house was perfect. The outdoor covered seating and kitchen area were amazing and where we spent 90% of our time. The only slight minor issue here was that the outdoor gas oven didn't work (and I did ask in a message beforehand and was told everything was working) but this was minor considering everything else. There is a wood fired oven outside which we used which was great, as well as the BBQ and gas hobs. An outside fridge would be ideal! The pool was lovely and ideal for children with shallow steps that they could paddle around in. The grass surrounding the pool as well was also perfect for a play area. There was plenty of toys and inflatables left by the owners for everyone to play with. The location was also great. A nice long drive lead down to the house which made it feel secluded and the surrounding area was quiet. It was a short walk to the cliffs with fantastic views and access to a stunning bay. There was another great sandy beach nearby as well. It is walkable but we drove after the first visit as it was quite a steep road to access. Plenty of parking there. Inside the house was slightly dated. It was clean and tidy and had a lot of amenities although it did feel a bit older in style in comparison to some other villas. Also it would have been nice to have air conditioning in all bedrooms (one did not). To be honest this didn't bother us too much as mentioned earlier as (apart from sleeping) we spent all of our time outside. Overall we all had a great stay and would recommend this villa to other people.

This place was great! The apartment is perfect, and such a wonderful outdoor kitchen area and pool. Plus, all bedrooms are great size. The location is also awesome - walking distance to a wonderful beach and also a supermarket. Would absolutely go back!
