Description:
A finca dream near Santanyi and the surrounding beaches and bays.
The finca consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub). The two upper bedrooms with air conditioning have a direct exit to the roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the fields and the pool all the way to Santanyi. The bedroom on the ground floor, is on the north side and has a fan. In addition, the main house also has a beautiful living room with fireplace and large dining table, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful covered terrace with dining table for 8 people and barbecue area. The good WLAN makes relaxed surfing and home office possible without any problems.
About 50m next to the main house there is a small guest house for another 2 persons. The guest house has an open plan living-bedroom with air-conditioning, a private bathroom with bathtub as well as its own fridge, coffee maker and a very cosy terrace in front of the house.
The beautifully landscaped garden around the house, as well as the gorgeous, private pool area has various relaxation options. Hammock, hanging chair, swing, waterbed by the pool, sun loungers, armchairs and much more. Behind the casita / guest house there is an extra play area for children with table tennis, basketball hoop, slide and much more.
The house is also a dream in the winter months, as it has an infrared sauna, oil central heating, double-glazed windows and a fireplace.
We have a full range of equipment on site for toddlers and babies. Please register in advance.

The nearest beaches (Cala Llombards, Cala S’Almunia) are about 7km away. The idyllic village of Santanyi, with its weekly market, many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities, is about 5km away. Es Llombards and Ses Salines are also 6 minutes away by car.

In the months of November – mid-March, a long-term rental for wintering and working from home is possible.

We came in November as a family of eight, and the house was perfect for us. It’s charming, spacious and nicely decorated.
The house is excellently equipped, and there are even toys for children.
Since we visited off-season, the area was very quiet, but we enjoyed spending time at the property - relaxing by the pool, barbecuing, and using the sauna. There’s also plenty to see nearby, and everything is within an easy distance.
Jennifer, the host, was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We were very happy with the experience and would gladly return.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca auf Mallorca! Die Lage ist super ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen – und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und dem Nebengebäude ist einfach wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Kontakt zu Jenny – sie war immer schnell erreichbar, super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!
Die Finca ist traumhaft, noch schöner als auf den Bildern, und bestens ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das ganze Anwesen ist wunderschön. Jennifer war ein toller Host, immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und mit schnellen Antworten.
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Ganz klare 5 Sterne!

Das Ferienhaus Cas Cantó war für unsere zweiwöchige Reise mit zwei Teenagern der perfekte Rahmen: gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die großzügigen Außenbereiche und das separate Gästehaus besonders geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Jenny für die freundliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts!
Vi hade det helt fantastiskt i huset! Det är till och med bättre än på bilderna. Otroligt fint och välstädat. Jennifer var så hjälpsam och svarade direkt vid frågor. Underbar plats!
We hebben met onze vriendengroep een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het contact met Jennifer was goed en snel, als ik een vraag had werd deze snel beantwoord. De keuken was heel goed uitgerust (we werden erg blij van de melkopschuimer). Voor onze dochter was ontzettend veel speelgoed aanwezig wat ook heel leuk was. Kortom, een waanzinnig verblijf en aan te raden!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Finca. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Jenny antwortet immer schnell auf jegliche Anliegen und war sehr hilfsbereit.
Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten in sehr schöner Umgebung. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Great house - I’ve seen others say it but the pictures really don’t do it justice. If you want peaceful it’s perfect.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met het gezin. De hosts waren super goed bereikbaar. De accommodatie bevindt zich in een privé omgeving maar met de auto ben je overal zo. Aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Wunderschöne Finca (noch schöner als auf den Fotos) in sehr guter Lage. Umliegende Buchten und Städte sind allesamt gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Thorsten und Jenny war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder!
We had a really nice time here. To be in the countryside near some of the more beautiful beaches makes this place special even in the winter.
This villa is amazing , everything was nice ! even better than the picture , our family had such a wonderful time , i would recommend this place anytime !
A fantastic week in a lovely property. House was immaculate, Jenny couldn’t have been more attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed for our children. Lovely garden/pool for the kids to play in and explore and the location is an ideal launchpad for exploring the local beaches of the area. I would not hesitate to return

Wirklich die schönste Unterkunft, die ich jemals auf Airbnb gebucht habe. Diese ganze Finca ist traumhaft schön und sieht in echt noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Jenny und Thorsten sind unglaublich nette Hosts. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Gorgeous property in an excellent location. A car is a must, but everything you need is close by. Very helpful and responsive hosts (even to the extent they delivered an extra rubber ring for our daughter!). Look forward to another stay!

Wir haben uns in der Finca von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet. Jenny und Thorsten waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Da wir ein kleines Kind dabei hatten, hat uns Jenny noch eine Kiste mit Spielsachen vorbei gebracht. Sehr sehr lieb und familiär. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂 Vielen Dank!
