Descripción:
Perfecto para unas relajadas vacaciones en familia. Casa Roser se encuentra cerca de la hermosa bahía de Cala Llombards en una tranquila zona residencial y ofrece todo lo que su corazón desea. Está a sólo 5 minutos del paseo del acantilado en plena naturaleza. Ideal para los paseos nocturnos. La bahía de Cala Llombards, ideal para familias, también está a poca distancia. El moderno chalet, con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y mucho espacio en la terraza, ofrece suficiente espacio y retiro para hasta 6 personas. Está totalmente equipado y amueblado con gusto. Las terrazas que rodean la casa y la azotea con vistas parciales al mar, la zona de la piscina y de comedor invitan a quedarse. Aquí, todos pueden encontrar un lugar tranquilo al sol o a la sombra.
Los 3 dormitorios están equipados de la siguiente manera.
Dormitorio principal: cama King size, TV (32″) con conexión de memoria USB para Netflix, Amazon Prime (utilizable con cuenta propia), vestidor, baño en suite.
Dormitorio 2: Cama de matrimonio, armario.
Dormitorio 3: Cama de matrimonio, dos armarios empotrados.
El aire acondicionado (frío/calor) completa el confort en los dormitorios.
La acogedora y amplia sala de estar dispone de TV SAT smart (40″) con chimenea y amplia zona de asientos.
La parcela está completamente cubierta de vegetación y ofrece suficiente privacidad.
La casa es ideal para unas vacaciones con niños pequeños, ya que está completamente en un nivel (sin escaleras), la propiedad está vallada y se encuentra en una calle lateral tranquila.
En el tranquilo pueblo de Cala Llombards hay un pequeño supermercado, un bar y un agradable chiringuito con deliciosa comida y a veces música en directo (en los meses de verano) para cenar relajadamente con los niños en la playa.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mallorca! The house was well set up, with a great pool, reliable aircon, and every essential covered. Jenny was fantastic—quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful throughout. The property was well-resourced, in a convenient location, and the late check-out she offered was a much-appreciated bonus. Highly recommend!
Ein Haus zum Wohnen und Entspannen, das Grundstück bietet viele Möglichkeiten, seinen Wohlfühlplatz zu finden. Morgens quasi mit einem Schritt vom Bett in den Pool springen zu können, ist einfach herrlich. Den überdachten Sitzplatz haben wir jeden Abend genossen.
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in Cala Llombards. Die Unterkunft ist vor Ort noch schöner wie auf den Bildern, hat viele Sitzecken rund ums Haus und immer ein Sonnen- und ein Schattenplätzchen. Der Strand ist zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar. Selten ein so gut ausgestattetes AirBnb gesehen. Hatten ein 1-jähriges Kind dabei und auch hierfür war alles vorhanden. Kommen hoffentlich wieder!
Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Finca. Fußläufig oder auch mit dem Auto ist die Cala Llombards erreichbar. Die Finca ist sehr groß und der Außenbereich perfekt ausgestattet und groß genug für mehrere Rückzugsorte. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

We all had a fabulous time staying at Thorsten's villa.The accommodation was perfect as was Cala Llombards.Any problems we had were addressed immediately and efficiently.We were looked after really well.
Beautiful well appointed accommodation. Lovely pool area. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Nice outside dining area & rooftop terrace. We would recommend this house. Thorsten was a very engaging & responsive host.
We had a great stay at Thorsten's villa. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, including an ample supply of children's toys that kept our little ones busy. There is a beautiful beach just five minutes drive from the accommodation. Thorsten was a great host too; always happy to answer any questions I had and she had some great recommendations for the local area too.
We loved our stay here! The villa exceeded expectations and was comfy, well Equipped and in a lovely location. The pool was amazing. Beds comfy, kitchen had all you needed and more. The location was great. Nice and quiet. Walking distance to a lovely beach, a nice little bar and useful super market. The walk to the beach is down steep steps or steep road but very manageable if you are prepared to break a sweat. Having a car would be useful but is not essential. We had the best week, would come back and recommend this place to anyone. THANKYOU
Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus! Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig, toller Pool! Im Haus alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man am am tollen Strand Cala Llombards!

The house was exactly the same as seen online. Even the flamingo was there! The house is really nice and comfortable for the entire family to stay in and have a good time. Thorsten and Jenny were always on call and welcomed us when we arrived. And gave us some inside info about the area and nice spots. We had a wonderful time!
The house was lovely and spacious, walkable to town and to a beautiful beach with crystal clear water and a little bar restaurant. What made the stay very special was thorsten and Jenny were gracious hosts, very thoughtful and helpful. Thorsten in particular took a lot of care with our check in, making sure we were set up with water and groceries. Many thanks to him for his help!
Thorsten war immer sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas zu erledigen war und hät von Zeit zu Zeit auch proaktiv nachgefragt ob wir einen Wunsch hätten etc. Freundlich und auf der ganzen Linie Vorbildlich!
Wir hatten schöne Ferien! Das Haus hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage: Nähe zum Stand, kleinen Supermarkt. Sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Es war leider regnerisch und kalt, so dass wir die vorhandenen Heizungen nutzen mussten. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Leider mussten wir 10€ pro Tag zusätzlich dafür zahlen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir das in der Anzeige lesen konnten. Wir haben es bezahlt, weil es nötig war, aber es waren zusätzliche unerwartet Kosten. Küche war gut ausgestattet aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Not only did he attend to everything regarding the house but also gave recommendations for local restaurants and even but us in touch with medical facilities to help with my wife’s back. The house itself is really nice; comfortable and spacious.
